Asus India — mobile give for services 45 days after no give my mobile

We are give mobile for servies in rajkot your companys service center 45 days ago and give me date on 9th october getting mobile but we going service station still not give me mobile and told me company was not sending part so your mobile is not repair
Now if you have not parts doing replace and if you have part repair my mobile
Your company service center nobody give write answer

If i not get my mobile in two days i am doing police complian i have invoice and your company service center receive copy and my mobile is new just 6 month old
