Asus India — Namesake warranty and brand ambassador of false statements | |||||
I bought a asus zenfone 2 ze551ml in october 2015 and till last week it was working fine. But from the last one week it is having display issue and i observed that white horizontal line is occurring on the screen and i haven't dropped or no physical damage at all, when i took my phone to service center they took 3 days and later i got a mail that it is having mother board issue and it cannot be repaired i said why it cannot be done i have warranty and they said that we observed damage on mother board i said why would i open the mother board i haven't opened the seal also and you service center guys are cheating and saying no warranty. Now ii need a solution to my problem. The service center guys are waste and they are bluffing the people with false and taking money i am attaching the service center company name and service engineer who doesn't know anything.
