Asus India — Replacement for ASUS TUF A15 because of manufacturing defect

I bought my laptop on 28th July 2021 and within 5-6 days I saw a problem in my display of screen flickering so I asked on asus forum and got reply to troubleshoot and update my display drivers. I did that and it became fine so I thought maybe it was just a software problem and my replacement period ended. But after 2-3 days again same thing started to happen more often so I again did the same as previously but under 20 days I got to knew it was not just flickering issue but it was screen burning. Then I went to Asus service centre to report this defect and demanded for replacement since it was a manufacturing defect but they told me my replacement period is over. Now how can an IPS display panel can get screen burn if not for manufacturing defect and if manufacturing defect is found after 7 days, does that make me responsible for that?? It's clearly company's responsibility to provide me with the replacement for my defective product. I called ASUS support too and he kept saying it's company's policy and said higher authority will contact you and no one has responded yet. I know my rights as a consumer and your defective product should be replaced with same but new product. I don't want it to be repaired or anything instead I want replacement for my product. I request ASUS management to look into my problem and replace my product as soon as possible otherwise I will have to proceed with legal actions.
