    Hi,
    I have asus laptop. From the date of purchase i am facing hanging, freezing issue i went asus service center to extend the ram in my laptop, before installing that i asked for Compitability in laptop for ram then i bought ram & get installed in laptop from asus service center which nearby me, when i got installed ram from this service center they missed one screw to install in it but i thought let it be, then i searched online rating of this service center which is only 2 star out of 5 star, centr created many problem to me nobody behaving good, they shout every costomer, they have mentioned wrong number on the job card, i am trying to call them to ask status of repair laptop but nobody is picking call. They all staff always dont behave good with customer, as we know that every company have priority of customer satisfaction which asus doesnt have which i felt, i am feeling its manufacturing defect in laptop, its been 1 year and it has motherboard issue and how can be possible in a new laptop suddenly motherboard issue occur and i have not used this laptop ruf n tuf, it has been rarely used only 10 times in a year, Service centr taking many days to repair laptop and giving excuse of part is not available its been 21 days, i want justice or clarification still laptop is hanging please audit inside the service centr what is going on there and i told them this issue that you had mised screw so pls install it but they saying we will not do this, which ram i got installed by paying service charges 800 something but without informing me they have uninstall ram and saying we will not install this ram again you have to pay for installing and if i have already have paid so do i need to play, they have damaged body of laptop screen frame not getting fit. If my laptop had problem with motherboard so why they opened screen, i think manager is not managing this service centr in right way something is going wrong inside and each and every customer is not satisfy from the service centr, every one is confused to get service or not from this service centr because there are many customer those who can only visit this centr, they dont have any option because of this manager is taking benefits that every customer is bound to come here. so, please help me out, if my issue is not get resolve then i am gonna raise this in CONSUMER COURT, will call police at service center to resolve my problem.

      Sir, I have purchased Rog Phone 5 and got delivered on 2nd May and after using it for hardly 2 months and few days I got a hardware problem and problem was that its hotspot and wifi weren't turning on and after complaining they told me to visit service centre and the nearest one was 80 km. And, after visiting there I got to know that, specifically that Asus service centre was a fraudster and even they tried scamming my unit which was of rs. 50, 000 and visiting and returning cost me around 1, 500 and again after complaining to Asus they said to visit our nearest service centre which is in Dhanbad and it is around 125km from my location but after convincing my parents I got permission to visit Dhanbad and visiting and returning cost me around 2, 000. And finally, I reached the Asus service centre which is in Dhanbad. However, they helped and guided me a lot but they consumed more than a month to fix this issue and it was around 41 days but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the issue and after complaining again to the Asus call centre they provided me complete replacement of the unit. And, when I unboxed the new unit in the service centre it all worked fine in between I just checked the device from the outer not internally and after reaching home when I placed the sim in sim 1 slot I was shocked that sim isn't working then I placed that same sim in other brand phone and it worked fine and suddenly I got an update and after updating the device I got the same issue of wifi hotspot problem not turning on and because of that my parent's rebuked me a lot and even gave 2-3 slaps as they have right because they have purchased this phone as per my demand to use not to always submit in the service centre. And, literally sir I hadn't slept for the last 2 days because of depression due to this worst phone and sir we belong to a middle-class family, not from the richest one. So, sir now only the thing I want is the refund and nothing more than that or else I will do something which you can't think too because of depressions.

      So, sir just I will say one thing please take your unit back and return my money or else I can't say what I will do to myself...

          I have called asus customer care about my desktop issue and provide necessary details to check about warranty status, they checked the same and ask me my product is under warranty & filed my complaint on 23rd july, 2021. after so many reminders they pick my pc and take almost 1 month 2 days to resolve the issue. they deliver my pc on 01st september, 2021 and forgot to deliver adaptor on same day. and at night they deliver the same. Asus service center in Mumbai (Borivali) not respond to our call also.

          Today i have received call from Asus customer care and they asked me your product in not under warranty and pay visiting charges and repair charges of your product.

          Furthermore note that mistake is apparent from your side you didn't guide me properly so i haven't pay any charges.

            I purchased a new laptop on the month of may 2021 . Post that I had applied and paid for the ASUS promo offers which included 2years extended warranty, a 1TB hard disk. I also received a confirmation mail from them regarding the amount paid (paid on 6th of may) and it said that I will receive the products in 45 days i.e. by[protected]. By 21st of july, I received the extended warranty via email but there was no response from their end for hard disk every single time i get connected with their customer support team they told me to wait for next few days even they also asked for alternate address which is also provided but still there is nothing happening. As per tnc the maximum TAT was 45 days but its been more than 100 days still they have nt dispatched my product here is my ticket number BTS-120531 also i have attached the necessary proofs . Now a days also they are not responding to our calls and email which is the most pathetic service so kindly look into this matter i want my 1 TB hard disk Requesting you to resolve the issue ASAP .

              The issue that I have experienced was: After continuous repair since 1 month .
              My RMA ID's of multiple repair - INJNM80104, INJNM70125, INJNM0012 .

              I am facing screen freezing problem since 1½ months . Since then I am continuously talking to ASUS service center and ASUS help desk.

              But After 4 continuous repair which lasts around 10-15 days, they have wasted my 1 Month and still my problem is not resolved.

              After every service, ASUS promised me that the issue is resolved and a particular part is replaced. But it is of no use, they were not even able to correctly identify what is the issue in my laptop hardware .

              I don't know why they are changing different hardware in my laptop everytime which is illogical since the issue is continuously happening after repairs.

              After 3rd repair I filled a complaint against the ASUS repair in ASUS Help Desk and they escalated my issue but again after some rubbish testing they gave me the laptop back with the issue.

              It occurred from: 25/07/2021

              They company just take my laptop for repair, does something replace a part and gives the laptop back to me WITH THE ISSUE BEING UNRESOLVED.

              They escalated my issue but I am facing the same problem again after the 4th repair.

              They just take my laptop and waste my time .

                I bought the new ASUS ROG Phone 5 on 14th May 2021. Only after 2 months of the purchase, on 19th Aug 2021, I switched on my phone from the switched off state, and didn't switch on. I tried different charger but phone was just dead. I ran to the nearest authorized asus service center which is "TVS Electronics Ltd. - Asus Service Center Thane, Maharashtra". They told me to submit my phone there and they will call me once its repaired. After 5 days, service center called me and told me my phone is repaired and collect it. I went there to collect my phone, only to find out my phone's finger print is not working. Service center person told me, that its his first time dealing with ROG5, and he needs few more days to fix this. So i again submitted the phone there and came back home. Now, they are not picking up calls and aren't telling me any update.

                If service center guys are not trained why ASUS gives them Authorized status. They have opened my phone several times now, Its beeen only 2 months, even my EMI are not paid off yet. After paying so much money, I expect a good product, but ASUS has failed to deliver it to me. and even after sale service is so bad. I want a replacement for my unit, with a proper working unit since its only been used 2 months or so.

                  I bought my laptop on 28th July 2021 and within 5-6 days I saw a problem in my display of screen flickering so I asked on asus forum and got reply to troubleshoot and update my display drivers. I did that and it became fine so I thought maybe it was just a software problem and my replacement period ended. But after 2-3 days again same thing started to happen more often so I again did the same as previously but under 20 days I got to knew...

                  I had purchased an ASUS Vivo Book 14 M409Da-EK146T AMD Quad Core from AMAZON on dt. 16.10.2020 vide Invoice No. IN-DEL3-109229. As there is no clarity in the camera and damaged in SSD connector which was free of cost supplied with the laptop, I made a complaint over toll free no.[protected]. In response, I have been allotted with a complaint bearing no. A[protected]-0001. Thereafter, one lady telephoned me from Bhubaneswar service center in land no.[protected] at 12.16 pm and she transferred the call to their hardwire mechanic/engineer to discuss about the problem. when I told about the problem, he said that why you are sitting for about a year and it is not possible to attained the complaint at this stage. when I told that my device is within the warranty period, he not only behave rudely but also straight way refused to provide any service and cut the telephone. In view of above there is gross deficiency of service on your part during warranty period and behavior of your employees are ridiculous. You are therefore calling upon to attend the complaint within seven days, failing which I have no other option then to approach the legal forum for appropriate relief and in that event your company will be liable to pay compensation for deficiency of service, mental harassment and other legal expenses. Take it as a notice for legal proceeding.

                    Asus has one of the worst employee in my city Gorakhpur.She is such a hot headed, see I'm a student and they were asking 7500 to replace my laptop screen, since it's a large amount so I needed to talk to my father but she didn't understand and started passing comments"Jb sb jgh se thakk har jaiyega to mujhe bta dijiye ga" to which I didn't reply and left service centre.I will get my laptop repaired in other city and will never buy Asus products ever in the future for such a disrespectful experience.

                        I have purchased a new laptop asus tuf f15 gaming laptop from vijay sales prabhadevi on date 11 august 2021. The product has a manufacturing defect. The camera doesnt work sometimes. Its a hardware issue. But asus india service center not serious to resolve My prob.                           Device not repaired since 1 month

                          On 14th July, I visited the service center to get my device repaired. I was asked to submit the device. After around 2 days, I was informed that some software tweaks and a spare part called a sub-board should solve the problems. I was asked to pay 2.5 times the list price (on the ASUS website) of the spare. Only after I questioned them with adequate proof, did they agree on the list price.                             Dear Sir,

                            I am very frustrated after buying this Asus Gaming Laptop ASUS TUF Gaming FX504

                            I have had 3 major repairs in the last 9 months

                            I purchased the laptop on 28th Sept 2020.

                            1st Dec 2020, I registered complain that the laptop was working too slow. Also basic games were not playable as it was too laggy. The warranty verification procedure was completed. However due to covid onsite service request was created by Asus on 26th Dec 2020. My Laptop was taken to the service centre. Was told that the motherboard had a problem and that replacement has been ordered. After a lot of complains and multiple frustrating calls I received my laptop around 30th of Jan with replaced motherboard. Was without laptop for a month.

                            30th Mar 2021, Raised a complain that the second hard drive was not being detected by windows. Hard disk was replaced after 10 days after 2 visits.

                            28th June 2021, Raised complain for hard drive disappearing, wifi adapter disappearing, and laptop lag and freeze & also sometimes not powering on at all. Onsite visit was done and they replaced hard drive again. I had raised complain for multiple problems but the service centre was only informed about the hard drive problem. After the hard drive replacement the laptop worked fine.
                            15 days after last repair again I experienced heavy lag on the laptop which which is happening sometimes.

                            I have spent a lot of time following up with Asus every time things went wrong and have gone through a long patch of frustration which we do not deserve after buying an expensive Asus laptop. After all of this my warranty will come to an end soon and I was just recently told that I should have bought extended warranty when I bought the laptop. I was not informed by anyone regarding extended warranty otherwise I would have definitely taken warranty when I’m spending a good amount for the laptop.

                            So after all this pain that we have gone thru due to a faulty product that we purchased and since it keeps failing repeatedly I need out of this. I was also told that the company does not have a return, replacement policy or any other policy. After paying for an expensive product which turns out to be faulty repeatedly I feel cheated. I have been through hell with this. Apart from the trouble we have gone through, we have not been able to use your product for almost 2 months because of problems. Who will compensate for all this.

                            I had written to Asus Ceo via form submission online. I got a mail that they will contact me in 2 days. Got no call. Every time i speak to someone. I only get a mail regarding opening a support ticket for repairs.

                            I cant live with this laptop which is uncertain and unreliable. I want my money back.

                              I had purchased Asus Rog 5 phone in April 2021. Within a period of 3 months there was issue in connecting the wifi in the phone. I contacted service centre and they repaired the phone. While clarifying as to what they did to resolve the phone they said that there was some issue in motherboard and the same has been rectified. After receiving the phone now I am facing lots of issues in the phone. While gaming there are tiny black dots that come on the screen. While calling it doesn't connect and most of the time I have to use flight mode option to rectify the issue. The screen starts flickering and automatic brightness option doesn't work. While receiving the phone I noticed that it hasn't been cleaned from inside and the dust still was visible. I demand a replacement of the phone as I am heavily disheartened by the performance of the phone while paying around Rs. 50, 000/- for the same.

                                This case was filed on 8 july 2021.My Asus laptop is not working from the date of buying it. My laptop is under warranty. I have contacted the customer care of asus India several times during the last months regarding the problem with my asus laptop. I called them again and again for onsite service of my laptop. But they are just filing complaints again and again and are not telling me what happened to my previous complaint. Neither customer care able to provide any solution kept me on hold always for a long time. I bought my laptop online from flipkart and contacted both customer care. But no response. !!

                                    Bad behaviour of the manager of the asus store, He made the bill too early even when I was just checking the specification of the product. Went into irrelevant arguments too many times.
