[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation of new - act fibernet | |||||
I have applied for act fibernet internet on 23/10/2019. I was selected "act blaze" plan and paid rs. 3750/- which i had received payment receipt. With a high expectation, i had applied for act fire next connection. Before submitting all my documents, sales executive used to call me twice in a week to submit the documents for new connection process. Based on the executive representation that, entire process will take two days and on 3rd day installation will be done. The above said connection was very much essential, i had agreed to proceed for new connection. Dispute so many request and reminders, act team was failed to fulfill the customer requirement. I never expected this and worst service from act. I this regards i have escalated (Sent emails) to act nodal officer and appellate authority, but no response. What you people did for last 20 days ? do you know how many times i called to customer care, nodal desk finally appellate authority. still you people are giving false commitments. no seriousness .
ACT doesn't have business ethics, unprofessional and intention is too harassing the customer.
