Please help us to sort out the issue which i and my family are facing since december 2021, with avanse finance which is creating mental harrassment.
Avanse finance has charged me processing charges of amount Rs. 32243 on[protected] and again Amount of Rs. 32224 was deducted on[protected] which we realized only after they sent the account statement which was shared on[protected] for the same processing charges.
They have also deducted Rs. 5000/- as interest EMI from January 2022 every month till date.
they have deducted insurance amounts from multiple insurance insurance companies for the same student loan account
Madhukesh on behalf of Avanse finance informed us orally and also through SMS that he would return processing charges of the amount of Rs. 64, 467'- which were deducted twice from my account as shown in the below screenshots of my account linked to avanse finance.
Madhukesh also promised that he would return the monthly EMI of Rs. 5000/- from the month of January till date, which amounts more than Rs. 30, 000/- as of date.
Madhukesh has told that he would refund the amounts mentioned above only after we settle the account balance of Rs. 3, 56, 885/- but we want a written email assurance from avanse finance.
Madhukesh on behalf of avanse finance has denied to send official email and which was promised verbally as he doesnt have the right to do so, i have been running around and finding it hard to pay your monthly payments and double charges.
Madhukesh has requested us to cancel the insurance directly with the religare insurance an amount of Rs.18, 985 and Rs.15, 226 which was also twice
apart from this multiple insurance companies have deducted from my account and iam running around to get them back, one student loan have been deducted with 4 different kind of insurance companies which was mandatory to avail the loan as said by avanse team, we have been kept in blind of deducting the processing charges twice and that would amount to cheating on your behalf if i haven't noticed it, and from beginning we have been misguided at every step from this bank, i have mentioned all my complaints on mail sent on[protected], but still dont find a reply officially through mails that is the reason i have CC it to the bangalore section of RBI so that at least i would get a written solution for my problem. this amounts to cheating on multiple counts,
I would like to close the account and pay the money of Rs. 2, 38, 207 after deducting (Processing charges of Rs, 64, 467, interest Emi Rs. 30, 000+ and insurance amount form religare only Rs. 34, 211) . I have also raised a complaint to RBI and still avanse is not ready to close the loan.
