Avanse Financial Services — Irresponsibility

I'm also facing the same issues with the lien removal from Avanse, I got the loan amount Disbursed in my AUSF bank account to which was opened for this loan propose only and after that I have mailed to Avanse several times regarding the lien removal and they are not responding properly in fact I didn't get any reply from them or any revert to my mails which I have send. Then also I tried many calls to the person who has processed my loan he did not respond to any of my calls or messages and then after I got to know that the said person has left Avanse so I had a big Question then who will look my case, and then the same I tried contacting other staff they said it will be done in few days and then after few days they said send a detail mail of bifurcation of tuition fees and leaving and it's is still going on still this issue is not resolved. I just received my visa also and I need to plan my travel and accommodation and many things lined up as my session has also started online due to UK visas are been delayed. I have mailed my visa copy also and still I have not got any response on that also.
