Hi,
I am Ramona Devi, and this is regarding the loan I got from Avanse in Dec 2020. They reimbursed a loan amount of around 48 lakhs, but I got only 45 lakhs in my account. They said that was for the insurance which I had to take with the loan. I transferred my loan from Avanse to Auxillo last year and all the processes were completed in October 2021. So when I requested to cancel my insurance and I didn't need it anymore, I kept on mailing customer care '[protected]@avanse.com' for months and after 2 months they said it's canceled and we gave you the refund. which was only 17000 out of 3.2 lakhs, and they won't give me any information about it. When I contacted my insurance company, Pramerica Life Insurance Limited they said we don't know and contact your loan provider for details and said you should get at least 2.5 lakhs back. Now Avanse won't answer my mails or tell \me anything for the rest of the amount.
I am an MS student and have studies to focus on, and they are making me do this since the loan started.
All the employees I know from the bank ask me to contact customer service and won't help me.
I don't know what to do, Could you please help me out.
