Sir i have done transaction of rs.100/- on dated 13/04/2019 time 19.55 p. M ref no. Igafxoqmv8. To dream11 fantasy (Online cricket game) via online net banking sbi through your company avenues india pvt ltd (As per sms received). Payment already debited in my sbi a/c but the payment rs.100. On April 26th 2019, a sum of Rs. 449/- got debited from my SBI account vide reference number[protected]IGAFZWMVL4 while making a payment to Amazon.in. You are hereby requested to refund the amount at your earliest possible.

This is in reference to my complaint posted on May 5th 2019 against Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. vide reference number 108570329741IGAFZWMVL4 for for which till date I have not received any reply from them nor the money (Rs. 449) got credited back to my A/c. I am not able to understand as how come such thing happen. While making a payment either it goes to the intended recipient or gets cancelled but my payment got credited straight away to another A/c in the name of Avenues India Pvt. Ltd..
I would therefore request you to please look into the, matter and resolve it at your earliest possible.
