Hello. My name is jasmin bipra. On 29.02.2020 i got a call from avi enterperise for online captcha work. They told me to do 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy, i. E., 9000 captcha shoud be correct. After completition of project they told me that i will be paid 23, 100 after deducting 6900 as their service charges. They send me app link and agreement app link without any agreement details mentioned.in agreement app link i have to upload my photo and signature for generation of id and password. After uploading the signature they send me an agreement copy where it was mentioned that i have to pay 6900 if i am unable to complete the work, which they didn't informed and mentioned earlier. I started filling captcha and the captcha status was not showing properly. I call them repeatedly but they didn't respond. So i decided to cancel the registration. But they started threatening and blackmailing me for taking legal action. So please help me to come out from this situation and to cancel the registration.

After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details.

Then they sent me a app link, when i downloaded that app it asked me

Sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i'm aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have topay penalty..

I am trying to use app and it showing error massage that your sesion will start after 6pm and after 6pm session not started so i am trying to call them pan both the numbers are switched off.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement.

I request you to please cancel that
Agreement and registration and to take
Strict action on them..

Hlo sir they threatning me and blackmailing me by calling this is a fraud company i joined work on 3 march 2020 but after 160 captcha entries they again turned into zero i contact with this company on their helpline number but no one pickup the call[protected], [protected]. After 10 days they sent me soft copy of legal notice and message the case is filed against me. The lawyer named minhaz patel ground floor 17 kalpataru colony vidhuti hall lane demanding me for money 6900+ 3500 for penalty charges otherwise they said hatd copy of legal notice sent to me his number [protected] plz sir help me

I got a call from the company stating to offer me a job of captcha code writing of 10000 codes in 10 days with 90% accuracy and i have to complete the work in the said time and also asked to send me me aadhaar details. But the app didn't seem to work in my phone and i stated the same to the helpline numbers and sent mails but didn't get proper information to solve the issue their helpline numbers don't work and even if they do they don't accept calls and the lady named aswini who offered me this job keeps ignoring my messages. After two days i again contacted them that there is no response to solve my issue and as i said i will quit i received some mails and calls from legal department that if i have to quit they i should pay. If there is a problem within the company's app and they don't seem to solve it how could it be my inefficiency. I also asked for company address proof but they didn't provide me any and now after almost 10 days later they stated that there will be a legal action. Please rectify my problem

I wanted to work from home, so i searched on quicker and got work of captcha writing in avi avi enterprises. I signed up their agreement and they didn't gave me any work. So is asked them that i haven't got any work. They just ignored my messages. And after 10 days a lawyer calls up and said that avi is filing a case on you, for breaching their contract. This company is such a fraud, how the hell can they file a case, if i haven't got any work. I am recieving messages daily from court

Fraud fake company (Avi enterprises) i have registered job online. They called me the next day and said u r willing to work job, i said yes they asked me for any one i'd proof, and install the app and signature it, and take photo, before start working i was searching in youtube's everywhere about the company most of the videos were describing about fraudness i sawed one video in youtube and then i got some agreement software which the company didn't inform or shown me before then i read each line i clearly understood everything of their game i texted them and said i'm not interested to work and going for a vacation. They said k after a week i got a call and he said your i'd is terminated from avi enterprises you have to pay rs 7000 i will provide noc from the company. Then you can relieve. I said him i didn't start working with this company why should i pay u, he said u have to pay otherwise legal notice will be sent. I said him frankly do whatever u can i with not pay u anything. Then i got no phone calls and sms etc they will scare peoples but they can't do anything thing just be chill.

Sir i alerady say my problem i cheated from avi enterprises... They taken money from me rs 6900.. I do work on captcha only 5 days i want to discontinue my work,.. The person told me if you pay money they will cancel registration oso i paid amount.. Again they said pay extra amount otherwise notice will given.. I paid from phone pe qr code so many persons already post some screens i am also got same screens... My payment recipts i posted below... Another person said that dena bank srikakulam... Cashier job is there pay 4300 for reg... So i paid through paytm.. But no job... He also cheated me his no.. [protected]... Take that two persons one is company and anoyher person severe actions and they harassme to send notice mails as early as possible take actions... Help me.. If any quaries give me reply in this site.. At present i have no phone... More fraud calls come not safety for me... Reply to mail also.. But please give a solution sir...

And when i searched online i found a lot of complaints against them and found that they are a fraud company. So on the basis of that i did not even start working at the job. I did not do a single work. Now they are calling me claiming that i took a job from them and now i have to work for it or pay the penalty. I dont want to work for them nor pay the penalty.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which i was not aware..
I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

I search jobs in quikr part time and work in home jobs... I upload resume the next days calls come from avi enterprises and they whatapped... On march 5 th.. 2020... I joined work is 10000 cpatcha to be complete in 10 days... After 5 days i typed captchas but it shows more wrongs and i called that persons no one respond my calls... After i want to discontinue my work... I maied.. On march 11 th i want to discontinue work... They ask money 6900 rs for cancel... For charges.. If you dont pay they said will give legal notice/,,,, so i paid 6900rs also to cancel agreement... After i paid amount they again called me to pay more amount... Mails are also come...in mail they said under act 73 act 74... And 75 notice will come to your home adress... Actually initially not told... But work also fraud... But they again again called me... And mail me blockmail me... Please take action that company and take action again they not call and mail me... Already i paid take action... Against that company they called me no's from [protected] [protected] [protected] mails [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com prachimehra. [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com... They called from different no's and mailed different mails... Take action that company please solve my problem.. They are cheated me and demanded for money...

This is sudeer, i have received a call from avi enterprises on 28 feb 2020. They told me i have to enter 10, 000 captchas in 10 days each captcha having 3 rupees. There will be aggrement also if havent complete my work i have to pay 6900. They are trying to trace me. Even though i have entered captchas those were not submitted by the next 24 hrs report will come in that my entered captchas are zero. I was affraid of this. I have entered so many captchas but it shown as 0. They are mailed me and called me they sent some legal notice also through mail. Pls help me frnds. What have to do now.

I searched part time job on quikkr app and next day i got messages in my watsapp. They told me about captacha filling work and made a agreement from agreement software, i don't know about the agreement they haven't told me. I attached some screenshots of agreement software, mac2app (Captcha filling app), and work report. I filled around 8000 captcha in 6-7days but it shows less captchas done by me. Session 10 captcha is shown 0, however we can't go to session 11 without doing session 10 captchas. Now company is blackmailing me for 12500 rs. Otherwise they will file legal case against me. Kindly help

Then company call me for legal action and panelty after calling i was deposited cash in company account and the details of accounts a/[protected] name of account holder - unique solution (Avi enterprises) after depositing cash i call to the company for cancelled my contract with you but companies authorized person told me if you want cancellation of contracts then deposited rs.15500/- charges of cancellation if you don't paid company legal actions on you they are blackmailing on me so please help me and solve my problem they are harassing me

I had applied for data entry job on quikr and from there this avi enterprises called me up and signed me up for their captcha filling work. They asked for my aadhaar card photo, my pp and a digital signature which i gave and they pasted it on some contract. After that i decided not to proceed for this and i mailed them on 28th february 2020 that i'll not be able to do this job even before starting only. And now they are calling me and texting me and threatening me to give 9600/- rupees. After i denied they started sending me texts and some advocate's notice stating i have to pay 9600/- + 3500/- as interest within one week means within 19.03.20. But again today morning they sent me another message in which it was written that i have to pay it within today itself otherwise legal action will be taken and court notice has been sent to my address. I have attached all the related snapshots of the conversation between us.
Please help me. Please favor me by getting me out of this scam! What should i do now?

I got a call from avi enterprises, gujrat on 12 march 2020. Regarding the captcha work. They said for each captcha rs 3 will be paid and on completing 10000 captcha in 10 days,[protected] = 23100. Will be paid. ₹ 6900 is the amount they deduct from the total payment as a security amount. They also said if i didnt complete it or quit before 10 days, tjen i have to pay ₹ 6900 to them. Qhen i asked what if there is fraud from company, they didnt answered me properly. I will be posting the images of whatsapp chat. Later i asked how can i know about the right captcha. They didnt answered to that too. Its clearly fraud. I was doubting if they dont answer me within a day, then its better to leave. They dont even have any website also. May be they didnt created it because the reviews will be against them.
Please take some serious actions against such companies.

I joined this site to work online home jobs but 3 days had passed there site shows that i haven't done anything when i almost completed 1000 captchas. When i complete 150-180 it again starts with 1. This has been happening from 3 days. I emailed and messaged them but they are not replying. I am scared they may blackmail me for money and i think there agreement is also fake. They demand penalty and also don't give us work. Please resolve this issue.

When i tried to call them they said there ia a counter so when it reached a limit it starts from 1st but every captchas sumbitted will get added and will get the report of that days work on nxt day at 6pm. Today i did got the report but it said 0 captchas submitted. I tried contacting them but no reply from them.

I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..

I request you to please help me to cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

There is a company name avi enterptises fraud captcha entry. The member of that fraud group message message for the online job.. That time i agreed. They are use fraudulently my name as a signature in their fake agreement and send me a mail in which shows that if i cann't do that work within a time limit then they take a legal action against me and also then i have to pay the registration amount of 6900. I was not aware about agreement. Then i started working but after filling so many captcha it shows 0 again.. Then i came to know that it is a fake company who fraudulently take a money from people in the name of legal action.. Please help mee sirrr and cancel that fake agreement... Now i am also in a problem i know after some time they call me or send me a legal notice for the money 6900. Sirr please help me before they blackmailed mee.

Even though i have typed the captchas in my account session it shown zero i was shocked it was a biggest scam and pls aware of these situations to other person's also. Please save me from that biggest fraud company. They are demanding so much of money.

But on 26th feb 2020 app which i have downloaded from the link was not working properly so i use screen recording to record the problem & then i contacted the person who called me for this job so he provided me there helpline number & email id so i mailed them regarding this.1st they told me uninstall the app & then reinstall the app the i got the pop up saying that app is of older version so it will not work properly on my phone plz contact app developer so i mailed them the same regarding that so they mailed me back that app is working from there end plz try again or try on another device but the app is not working on my smartphone. So i emailed the problem on 27th feb 2020 but they told me app is working properly from there end but problem pursude. But on 11th march i got a call from a who told me he is lawyer of avi enterprises he will take the legal action against me if i will not pay money to his client for not completing the work & now he sending me the notice under breach of contract 73 & 74 of indian contact act 1971. Plz help me regarding this respected sir/madam.

I applied for this job regarding writing 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy but the app doesn't work. I called their helpline but no one answered i also messaged the number in whatsapp through which they contacted but of no use. I mailed them and waited for 2 days for the reply and after 2 days i mailed saying that i will quit since the app is not working but the legal advisor of the company stated that i should be paying[protected] rupees in order to quit. I confronted her about this because it wasn't due to my inefficiency but due to poor response from the company and she replied fine ma'am and today after 10 days i got a message stating there will be a legal action for this

I searched for job in google and next day i received a call and they told me about captcha filling work and when i started doing it, it show more wrong where as their condition was that 90% work must be accurate. As it was showing more wrongs i quit the work and now they are demanding 10400 rupee for cancelling the contract. Please take action against it and stop this fraud business.

Hello sir, i m parul dwivedi. I got a whatsapp msg for the home based captcha entry job.. I m in a need of money so i accepted.. Unhone kuch documents ki demand ki uske ek app par unhone naam likhne ko kaha or kuch der baad hi unhone ek agreement send kr diya... Jo maine naam likha tha use unhone ek as signature use kiya us fake agreement mein that time i was not aware but now i am i started it from today onwards... I entered tge captcha and after sometime vo 0 show krne lgta hai sorr thay are fake even thire agreement are fake but i know they all will blackmailing after 10 days for that 6900 money... Sirr please help mee and cancel this agreent as soon as possible... And take a strict action aginst this fraud company..

I got message in whatsaap for catchpa job then they started asking me aadhar and my photo and my signature they told i should have been typing 10000 catchpa and 90%should be correct as i started my work i use to type 400 entries and logged in back my work use to show 0 that i have not typed any catchpa then i realized this is fraud and browsed in google then realised everything was fake but it was too late they even didnt send agreement

I already posted a complaint regarding this. Later i marked it as resolved because thought the company is not fake since they contacted me and responded to my phone calls and mails. But now i need your help. The session numbers generated are also fake.

I have seen about the company in Quikr app and applied for the job to work money from home. I have registered today and they are not responding to my calls and msgs and their app is also not responding. Just now I have come to know about the complaints issued by others. So please help me by resolving the issue. I don't want to get trapped even after knowing the situation. Phone numbers and email id provided by them are enclosed. Even they have sent me a video as demo. So I kindly request you to solve the problem. And one more thing is they are taking ID proofs to get registered like Aadhar card, voter ID. Hope you look into this too

Sir I am sumit singh from meerut U.P I have got call from this company for part time job to fill the captcha code. But they haven't tell that if I am not completing the work in time so I have to pay them 6900rs. They are totally fraud. Firstly they keep on calling me again and again and after I told them that I don't want to work with you they are not responding to calls also. Such a fraud company. They also taken my signature for their agreement without telling me that they are making an agreement. So pls sir take action as we searched job for income and got these types of fraudulent companies to pay them back. From where we pay them . I haven't started their work on time I refused them and also mailed them to cancel my registration. Pls help us from these fraud companies.
