Greetings!!

Subject: fraud company (They are making cash from unemployed) like avi enterprises

My name is rijan kureshi

2 months back on one person ([protected]) called me and told me this is a parttime captcha entry for 10 days. I told them i am unemployed. I don't have money to pay you. They told we will provide the employment to you. Per captcha they will pay rs. 3/- total 10, 000 captas they will provide. If you entered 10, 000 captchas they will provide 30, 000 salary. They told "if you middle drop only you have to pay the penalty". Otherwise you need not to pay anything. I asked twice about the payment. They explained. You don't have to pay any thing unless middle drop. They asked my photo, aadhar card, pan card and my name in caps with my hand writing. I provided all the above. They prepared a sofcopy of agreement with my name and photo. They have provided one software (Mac2cap) link and wants to install and login. I did that and continuing the work of captchas. But they are giving the captchas very confused mode. Any way i have completed 10 days without middle drop around 700 capthas. They closed my login and they called ([protected]) and told we filed fir against you due to not completed the work you have to pay rs.6, 900/- to company. But no one can not do this type of captchas. After they involved only they know what is what.

They are giving 15 sessons:
If we entered 150/180/200 the entered data disappeared.
Again the serial number starting with 0.
The entered report will show after 2 days without any clarity.

This type of fraud people playing with unemployed people. Where is the end for this type of fraud companies???

Lot of innocent people believing this type of fraud companies sir.

I don't want to pay any thing to this type of fraud people. But i am afraiding a little bit regarding this sections.

On 12 march, avi enterprises calls me for a job of captcha filling. They says filling 10000 captcha in 10 days will get ₹30000. I started the wotk but i wanted to know my progress. I called them and also messaged them, but no any resposne. So i stopped that work. Now after 1.5 months, two calls came to me, one from aurangabad civil court and other from delhi hc threatening me to pay ₹5400. Please help me out.

I search in shine app for a part time job but after sometime i get message from a lady who told me about captcha work as i am from a middle class family and a student i thought it will help me in future but after using some days i found that the app is cheating as for my concern i realised that there are maximum 2 to 5 mistake daily but the app show me more than 50 even 100 mistake i do my work for 8 days but after this my self-confidence goes down how can i do such a mistake and now they are calling me messaging me during the luckdown period where my family don't have anything to eat they are asking rs6700 from which i can't be able to pay... Please help me...

First of all... I posted my work profile in quicker then many phone numbers called me and even texted in whatsapp among all the text there was a person who texted about this enterprise and told me about the work formalities and payment options... I was interested and i started the work after confirming to everything... Then the real issue started after 10 days (As this company says you have to complete 10000 captchas in 10 days ₹3 for each captcha) most of my captchas were incorrect though i kept on placing the right captchas and then i lost interest and uninstalled everything... It was all in the month of march and in the starting... Then finally on april 27 a random number texted me in whatsapp that since i have not completed the work i have to pay the penalty of ₹6900 which was earlier mentioned in their so called agreement that was entirely fake... Because all of my details in that agreement had a spelling error... And they got my location too... And then now they are threatening me to give the money as a penalty in the name of legal actions of that agreement!

10 days back on[protected] morning 5:00am i am create my quikr account in "quikr application", and that day afternoon i got the mall from avi enterprises, and then they will call to my mobile number which is registered in "quikr account" and they will ask me, do you have what interest to work, in full-time (Or) part-time job. I will told them i am college student and i want to work in part-time only. After some time they will call me and offer me part-time job. And they ask my one photo and aadhaar card, and i sent. After they send agreement link to me. And i will try to open it asks my "digital signature". I gave my "digital signature"the agreement opens with all my acceptances with there term's and conditions (Without my permission). But finally i complete the work and submitted it in 7 day's (In starting mail, there is 10 days time to complete and submit my work) but i open the webpage there is only 7 day's given to complete and submit the work. After work is allocated to me there is no any response to my calls regarding the query's, i took the helpline help which is given in the webpage but i don't get the good information about my query's, after four days[protected] they will sent what's up message and ask me, to pay rs :- 4000 and i told that i am a college student and i am not able to pay that much ammount after some talk they ask me to pay rs :- 3000 after some time talk they ask me to pay minimum rs:- 2000 if not pay they are going to the "legal proceedings" on me (They are blackmailing me like this).

Hello. My name is girija. I got a call from avi enterprises 11 days back and they told me this work from home based captcha work. Per captcha 3 rs and total 10000 captcha's i have to fill. They said these things only before registration. But once i registered they made an agreement with out my permission and in that agreement it was mentioned that if i would not complete the work within 10 dys or if i entered wrong captcha more that 1000 then i have to pay 6900 to their company. Soon seeing the agreement i had started the work. And that fraud work is like this for example if i entered 100 right captcha's and if there any two or 4 wrong captcha's. Then the app shows there are 89 captcha's like that. This is very fraud. How could be that much of wrong captcha's entered by me?? It's totally fraud and when i decided to complaint about this to avi enterprises, their all contact numbers got switched off. Please resolvemy issue. I am not having money to pay for them as i am a homemaker. Thanks in advance

I searched for a job in quikkr and next day i got a call and they told me about captcha filling and made a agreement from agreement software and now they blackmailing me for 6900 for registration process in earlier they can't tell any penalty and now they send some legal action mesagges please help me sir from the fraud company known as avi enterprises

As i was searching for a work form job i got this job form quicker jobs and without my consent this guys register my mobile and started there work which i said i want to cancel the process because i got a hint that this is fake they got my pan card and adhar card kindly help as this is fraud

Herein after referred to as „the party of the first part‟) on 6.3.2020 i got a whatsapp message and they offered me a job of online filing captchas which i agreed upon. They said that 8 have to ekter 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy and i would get 21000 as salary deducting the registration fee of rs 6900 and if i failed to do my job i have to pay them 6900 from my pocket the sent me a agreement where i had to sign and the sent me a user id and password to login into their mac2cap app. When i started the application it did not open for many hours later when it did i showed that i have entered many wrong captchas and the app did not worked properly it showed many errors. When i tried to complaint they did not responded. I called and mailed them but there was no response on 18.03.2020 the asked me to fill 18000 and i told them about the malfunctioning of their app. Later they asked me to pay 6900 and after paying the amount i said that i don't want to continue the job. Now that i have paid your registration fee cancel my contract and they agreed upon the same. On next day they said that i have to 69000 of 10 month as of 11th month i have already paid and then only my registration would get canceled if i failed to do so they would take legal action. I am a student and my parents don't know about this. They have sent me noc but the other emoloyee is threatening me and pressurizing me to pay the amount. I am 20 year old girl and do not want to waste my life in this thing. I request you to plz help me getting out from this. The employee is saying that though i have the noc i am not free until i get the clearance letter. I don't want any notice to come at my home and do not want to let my parents know about this thing. The employee threatens me about the legal action

Hello, i am vaddi likitha i have appled work from home job in quikr and avi enterprises called me and informed me to do job they said there will 10000 capsules u need to work in 10 days and we will give 23000 salary and they took adhar details digital signature they have taken agreement with me after reading this i decided to cancel the work by seeing terms and conditions then they told kk mam we should u one login id and password send screenshot copy of them they i have sended it they said kk now after 10 ten days i get legal mail notificationan calls from them they are messaging and balckmailing me what i should do now

I got a whatsapp message for the captcha entry. They asked me to get register myself for that they needed adharcard which i sent. The agreement said that if i complete the work that is 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy i would get salary of 2100 deducting the 6900 registration fee. When i started working the app didn't worked properly and they were showing many wrong captchas whereas i submitted capthcas after checking it 2 times. I called helpline center and i emailed them but there was no respond.
On 18.03.2020 they said that i have to pay 15000 to get my case canceled because i didint paid their penalty amount of rs 6900 where there were no details to pay for the same. I said that i am student and i knew only about the 6900 penalty. So they said if i pay that amount they would not take legal action. I paid the full amount and on next day they said i have to pay 69000. They are threatening me and i am just 20 years i have life ahead. They i have sent my file in court an i would get notice. My parents are don't know about this whole thing. Please get me out of this

Hi sir this is gopi kagga. I got a phone call from lady agent from the company of avi enterprises. They given online captcha work in mac2cap app. They take my aadhar card, photo and signature. The mac2cap app does not working they are not responding when i call. Now i see the company in google and youtube it was totally a fraud company. They mainly targeted students and un employees only. After that they given fraud agreement. That agreement is fully fraud. Now they are torturing me and harassing via phone call. Now they are saying to me, pay 6900 rs per month upto 11 months, without paying money we can not cancel the agreement and they are saying we can send a court notice to u. This company is totally fraud. Sir please take severe action on this fake company. They must be punished severly. So please help me in this situation

I am soumyadeep das, i have received a sms from avi enterprises. They contacted me through whatsapp and told me to enter 10, 000 captchas in 10 days each captcha having 3 rupees. There will be aggreement also if havent complete my work i have to pay 6900 rupees. They are blackmailing me to give 1lakh rupees every month to them and told me to visit gujrat court. I am terrified about this. And the thing is i didnt even started my work because i dont want to fall for this. They mailed me a legal notice. Please help me.

I had applied for an online captcha entry job and they told me i had to type 10000 captchas and 9000 has to be correct form it. If i had failed in doing so they will ask for 6900 which was the registration fees and if i did not pay they will move on to the court. The company is said to be from gujarat.
Now they have started blackmailing me and is asking for an amount of 12500 rs from me. I had applied for this job from quikr but i was late in finding out that the company was a fake one. Please do something about this agreement and help me get out from this.

I was searching part time job online that time i was call from compson. They told we r providing online work u have to just type correct captcha with 90%accuracy and said that they provide agreement you just upload your sign. They provide less agreement software and that option they said to select sign option and do sign. After that my id is generated and said you can start your work tomorrow. I started my work, i want to see my status of work but it will not show, i call helpline they receive my call and said that after 6 pm your status show but it was shown in after 2 days. Next day my login not working i agin call helpline they said reinstall your app i do that same. When i do this work sometime there app not properly working. After 10 day i was call at 5:45 pm from advocate they said me you have to pay 6900 registration amount right now otherwise you have to face on court and cibil case on you and send me notice. Please help me how to handle this situation.

' avi enterprises' saying about
"mac2cap app online captcha part time work in our mobile phone.. 10000 captcha are provided you should complete it with 10 days and 90% accuracy. They said that after submitting 10000 captcha they will 30000 salary and in that salary they will deduct 6900 as registration fee.."
After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a app link,
When i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i'm aware of it).
When i started my work, after 180 entries the numbers again turned to zero.. I was again shocked.. When i tried to call them they said there ia a counter so when it reached a limit it starts from 1st but every captchas sumbitted will get added and will get the report of that days work on nxt day at 6pm. Today i did got the report but it said 0 captchas submitted. I tried contacting them but no reply from them.

I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which i was not aware..

I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

So i was searching online for home based part time job so i found this company and they called me and told about filling 10000 captchas in 10 days and there should be 90 % accuracy and they pay me 30000 for that and will deduct 6900 from my first salary then i agreed to do the job they asked me to send my i'd details with signature and send me an agreement in which many things were written which they didn't told me before that if 90%accuracy is not maintained i have to pay 6900 which was really upsetting then i was scared so i started working and completed 150 captachas then i found that the data of 150 captchas is not stored and again started from 1 then i again called them so they told me it will be shown after 48 hrs so i had a doubt and searched in google and found that this company is totally a fraud so i blocked by giving warning and today they are calling me through their legal consultant from maharashtra to pay money plzz help me in this matter plzzz.

After i accepted to work they ask to me send your photo and adharcard & gmail or phone number then they sent me a app link.. When i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement... Saying that if you i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty... I was really shocked this mail.
When i started my work.. App is not working iam submitted showing me please wait... I will try again and again but no use. I was shocked. When i tried to call them but no one responding me iam really shok... First in my life this problem facing iam not expected this.

I came to know this is fraud company... I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay as per penalty as per fake agreement whick i was not aware...

I request you to please cancel the agreement and registration and to take strict action on them...

My husband has searched for online job in olx and found a captcha entering work.. a person called and talked about that job... she said that i have to complete 10000 captchas at Rs.3 per captcha... they sent the details through watsap... my husband agreed to do the job... after that they asked for aadhar card details, photo and signature for registration purpose...after sending alll the details they sent an agreement that if we qiut the job or do incomplete works we have to pay Rs.6900... now we are ready to do the job... we want to quit from the job... pls help us ...

I searched part time job on quikkr app and next day i got messages in my watsapp. They told me about captacha filling work and made a agreement from agreement software, i don't know about the agreement they haven't told me. I attached some screenshots of agreement software, mac2app (Captcha filling app), and watsapp messages. I filled around 3000 captcha in 2 days then i want to know my work progress, i tried to call and message them on watsapp but they didn't respond. I searched their company name (Avi enterprises) on google but i got nothing related them. They register me on 16-03-20 and till today[protected] they didn't call me back and not receive my call or message. I observed these types of jobs fake on every website. Now see what will happen with me. Either they call me for money or they will scam.

Sir, i applied for job from home at quikr. and avi enterprises reached out to me and offer a job of entering captcha . but their app wasn't working properly. and i couldn't do my work properly. i informed them but they didn't give me any solution and they filed a case against me and told me to pay 6900 to clear the case, so i paid 6900 and then they won't clear the case and they are telling me that i have to pay19000 rs for clearing the case and to cancel the agreement. please look into this, these companies are fraud. and many people have been their victim. please do something.

I am raviteja from a. P i got a whatsapp message that about avi enterprises online captcha type work. I need to type 10000 captcha for that i will get paid 23000 rupees. And after i get paid they will deduct 6900 as charges for registration. But after i received mail o[censored]serid and password they sent mail regarding agreement copy i didn't know and they didn't say before. If i fails to complete work i need to pay 6900 as penality.

I was checking out part-time jobs on quikr when i came across this company called avi enterprises. After i applied i got a call from them and they told me about recaptcha jobs. They further contacted me through whatsapp. A person named khushi contacted me. She told me about the job and i said i'll join. They asked me to provide some proof for joining the job. I gave them my driving license and they prepared a fake agreement which i came to notice at a later date. The date on the agreement was jan 08 but i joined work on feb 28. It was given in the agreement that i had to complete 10000 captchas within a period of 10 days and that the accuracy of correct captchas should not be less than 90%. I started to work on this. As soon as i reached 150 or 160 the number of captchas done became zero. I tried contacting the company's customer care number but no one seemed to respond. I still kept doing it and after a point of time i realized that the app showed more wrongs than correct. I was pretty confident i entered atleast 95% of them correctly. When i reached a 1000 wrong captchas i stopped work and tried contacting the company for a continuous period of 3-4 days. There was no response. The phone was ringing but nobody seemed to pick up and some times the line was engaged. I realized that this was a fake company. After 10 days i received a call from an advocate named naina mehta who claimed to be the lawyer for this company threatening me to pay the amount or they will send me notice and sue me in civil court. As per the agreement i paid them 6900 for not having 90% accuracy. After that i received a call the following day from the noc department saying i paid the fine and they asked me if i wanted to continue the work or terminate it. I told them i want to terminate it. They said as the agreement was for 11 months i have to pay 21000 for terminating it and they told me i had to make the payment within an hour. Now i am not paying this money as they are scamming people. Consumer court please resolve this issue.
