[Resolved]  Aviva India — Request for Refund is canceled

Hello,

I would like to inform all concern that I have requested Aviva India (http://www.avivaindia.com/) for refund of 3 premiums of amount 9999/- INR, due to huge financial problems, I won't be able to continue with the policy & will not be able to pay premiums of 3333/- INR per month but Aviva India rejected my request & deny to refund me the money. Rather they asked me frequently to continue with the policy by paying the remaining premium amount which is not not at all possible for me at this moment. I have asked Aviva to deduct some fine amount ( if any ) for non-payment of premium and refund me the rest amount but Aviva denied my request. They are not ready to listen my request. Kindly help !!
Therefore, I request you to kindly help me to get my money back as I need it badly. Thanks for your utmost support & co-operation throughout.

Thank you for writing to Aviva Life Insurance.

This is in reference to your email regarding the policy number TDW3104815 with us.

We would like to inform you that the status of the policy is lapsed due to non-receipt of payment since 30.11.2011.

Note:

1. You have paid only 3 monthly premium
2. At the commencement of fourth (4th) Policy Year, the Policy will acquire a surrender value if you have paid all premiums due for the first three (3) Policy Years
3. The status of policies gets changed to ‘Lapsed’ if premiums are not paid for the minimum required term and all benefits of the policy become NIL in lapsed state, so we regret our inability to provide you with refund

Therefore, I request you to kindly refund my money to the SBI SB account # [protected] associated with it & after successfully crediting the amount to my account, kindly proceed with the closure of the policy. Please do let me know in case of any issues or clarification.
