Axis Bank — 4 months gone 75000 RS not reversed by AXIS | |||||
Dear all, I mr. Amit umashankar sharma, having saving account in union bank of india ac. No.[protected], i was done an imps transfer of rs.75000/- (By my union bank mobile app) to my vendor mr. Sachin s. Tiwari on 03/12/2016 but that amount was wrongly credited to ac. No. [protected] instead of correct ac. No. [protected] (Sachin s. Tiwari) On 05/12/2016 i had submitted request letter of reversal and all my kyc to miss. Monica at axis bank old nagardas road andheri (East) mumbai branch. And same request letter submitted to my respective union bank branch poisar kandivali (W) mumbai to mrs. Mina shukla madam (Dbm). Hereby i am sending an email attachment which was sent by dbm mina shukla union bank of india poisar kadivali west branch, please check the body mail attached with this mail. Kind attention, i sent many request mail to axis bank and verbally with union bank dbm, to reverse my fund which was wrongly credited to wrong account. But unfortunately you all are not able to reverse the same. Infact never got any communication calls from axis bank or union bank in this regard.in fact once i got a single mail from mr chetan dalvi who is posted as nodal officer at axis bank, who was saying that he was unable to reverse this amount without permission from wrongly credited account customer. He wrote an email that "i request you to contact your banker that is union bank of india obtain us the letter confirming the debit was erroneous and same need to be reversed". However i have already submitted all required documents along with proo[censored]nion bank confirmation letter, which was wrongly credited to another bank account holder in axis bank. I struggled and struggling a lot from financial crises and mentally harrased. So i am hereby humbly requesting you to contact together to resolve this very serious issue on most urgent basis. If you all are having any clarification then please feel free to contact me and mina shukla madam. And please reveres the amount in my account. The details are mentioned below.
