Axis Bank — About employee cheating n giving wrong information & forcing to do insurance

I had some deposit in axis bank in 2012. While withdrawing that amout, that bank manager emotionaly convinced me (3times or more)n made the process of withdrawal late. I already left the job at that time, i did n't have time to stay there bcz this place was distant from my native. So i invested 25000 p.Y in max life insurance policy. N i asked how many years to pay. He said only 3 years. So all my saved money i invested there for three years. Now i m strugling for job. I want to withdraw that money. While calling, customer care is saying u will get only 45000. How ?
that agent is also not picking my call. I m in bangalore now. What to do .Sir. Pls save me.
