There was credit card fraud of 4100 happened in Nov 2015.I have completed all the process for reclaim but even after 3 years there is no action taken by bank.Finally I have decided to go to consumer Court for the same.I couriered claim form to Banks Mumbai branch but still no reply.

I made a transaction where the bank details went wrong.while doing transaction it also showed that within 2 days if the details are wrong money will be remitted back.still now no response is there, but my money have been gone
