[Resolved] Axis Bank — Account blocked without Intimation and check bounced as there was insufficient balance | |||
My account got blocked without any intimation and my hdfc personal loan which is linked with it for auto debit of loan amount was unable to debit the amount as there was insufficient amount and the check got bounced and charged 350 for the check bounce and 15% service charge i.e a total of 500rps When I asked the bank manager about it, she was like it is because of demonetization we have blocked most of the accounts and if I can fill the form and submit then it will get activated, By the time I have filled the form and submitted, My ECS got generated and check got bounced, Whom should I ask for the debited money.
