[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Account closed and amount debited without prior intimation

I had opened a AXIS ASAP account an year back. Today morning i woke up to a message from axis that my account balance is o. I lost close to 6000 rs and when i called up the customer care they told me that we have closed your account as kyc is not submitted. Are they kidding me? i have the evidence that they have not send a single message or email to inform me that my kyc is not updated. How can they treat the customers like garbage? how can someone feel when one fine day they woke up to see that their account is empty and get a response that your account has been closed.
