Complaint : axis bank deducted debit card charges rs. 300 + gst. The card was never delivered and when i visited branch in sector 51 noida, a lady branch manager told that your account is scrapped and account is no more functional and i will never get my debit card. Axis bank scrapped my account without informing me? This has caused huge mental and capital harassment, these banks are harassing customers and should be punished by rbi.
