Axis Bank — Account closure - Not closing my savings account from past two months | |||
Deficiency of Services from AXIS Bank A/c no : [protected] I have submitted all required documents for my AXIS bank account closure on April 7th 2021 through speedpost to the branch address. But they have not taken any action against my account closure. It has almost been month now but no response from the bank executives. Bank is unnecessarily charging monthly balance maintenance charges on my account even though there is delay from their end for account closure. Second issue they have not renewed my Debit card but they have charged on my account as Debit card charges. This is clearly not acceptable services. I have visited again Axis Bank Peenya branch directly for the delay in account closure during this COVID situation. But the executive there asked me to re submit my Account closure. I have provided once again all required documents for closure and the emp name PRAMOD( mob no : [protected]) has given false commitment that will be closing in next two days.
