[Resolved] Axis Bank — account got blocked /freeze without information | |||
Firstly i have opened axis bank asap account through mobile app, and i have completed my kyc and signature in the bank even after that in axis bank mobile app its still shows that i have to complete my kyc from the bank. I have visited the bank many time and the staff and bank manager has told the its a technical error and my kyc is up to date, but after a year its gets closed automatically and the bank manager is telling that my kyc was not updated and it was deactivated and i have to open a new saving bank account now. I have opened saving account from that bank again and now after few months its gets freeze with out any intimation. What kind of customer service is these, such a pathetic service from a well know bank customer has to suffer because of not proper trained staff. Kindly provide proper training to the your staff before place them at the bank. Feed up with these kind of service. Was this information helpful? | |||
