[Resolved]  Axis Bank — accounts team is worse... they are making m to call from 6 months and issue not resolved

Account's team is worst... They are making me to call from 6 months and issue not resolved

It is very worst bank that i have seen in all my life

I have been contacting them from last 6 months to deactivate auto debit but still they failed in doing it

They are un necessary debiting the amount from my saving's account from last 3 months even my autodebit is de activated

The below are the list of few people i spoke recently:

001. Syed ahmed
002. Shree
003. Anusha - credit card
004. Sai
005. Saif
006. Chandrakanth
007. Harika - manager
008. Swetha - banglore (Kept hold & not responded when said hello & disconned call)
009. 010. Shiva - banglore (Kept hold & not responded when said hello & disconned call)
011. Akram - he is very very harsh and rude

They did not resolve my issue

Bcoz Axis Bank Account's team my CIBIL score is impacted.

They will not

. They Do not Follow up the customer
. Don't have a person/individual who has access to everything
. Manager's are not available or not handy for customers
. No one from last 6 months I spoke don't even taken the responsibility
. I told to de activate my ''AUTO DEBIT'' on JUNE 05 but they DEACTIVATED ON JUNE 11
. They will argue with the customers
. They will disconnect the customers call's in between
. they don't have humanity...simply will say on face not possible

REALLY SHAME AGAIN NEGATIVE BALANCE REFLECTED ON MY ACCOUNT

THEY INCORRECTLY DEBITED 250/- ON MY ACCOUNT

EVEN NODAL TEAM TEAM CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE

PLEASE SHUT DOWN AXIS BANK...BCOZ YOU PEOPLE FAILING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE FROM LAST 9 MONTHS
