I have a Salary account in Axis Bank,
I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I get notification by Message.
When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, Is not in Customer Care, and Give me Another Toll- Free Number . When I tried[protected] this number he replied me and told me . this is not a demat account Customer care number . There was no Demat account Customer care, so you will go to direct Your Nearest branch and contact by mail.

    download transaction statement incomplete.

    After log in to Net Banking in axis bank website, whenever I am trying to get a transaction statement for a particular period of time paid to a particular payee, either in excel or pdf I find it is incomplete.Only few lines are coming but no details of transaction is showing.

    Moreover I find no option to download consolidated detailed statement for a particular period of time....

    I have account in axis bank, Bhiwadi (Alwar, Rajasthan-India) branch. i have not made any transaction but today (13.09.2018) Rs. 4647/- deducted from my saving account number-[protected].
    i have contact to axis bank customer care they asked this amount is deducted against my credit card despute transaction which is under discussion with credit card team and payble party phonepe (FX mart) failed transaction of electricity bill payment through credit card via PhonePe app. i have raised this complaint to consumer forum also which is under discussion.
    My home loan EMI is due on next week which may affect due to this amount deduction without any information.

        I have opened bank account in 2013, it was youth account as i was minor, in mangalore karnataka.

        I had only used once or twice, because i had received atm card without pin, so i tried contacting mangalore branch and they said we've send to some post office it's on the way, but nothing received, and my efforts went in vain, after trying to contact for axis bank for atm pin nothing received. And i stopped trying to get pin and forgot this stupid account,

        After 3 years in 2016 dec, i was checking my old email i see an axis statement it shows me lien amount is on hold, i tried to visit branch they said they cant release it because you didn't use it since long time.

        So i told them i wanted to open nri account please close this youth account, they said either you need to pay this lien amount or wait some time it will close your account automatically. I felt this is craziest thing bank people advise for nri's to open an account.

        I suggest please close this account and transfer it to nri, and release lien amount

          This is with reference to an atm transaction done on 08/09/2018 time : 08:45:40 am info: cash-atm/n2916001 of rs 5000/-. The amount was deducted from my account but the cash was not dispensed from the atm (Andhra bank atm located at thellakom branch, mr garden, kottayam, kerala.
          I request you to kindly look into the matter and remit the said amount into my account within the next two days.

                      I have received a call from axis bank 8/9/2018. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 0562. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 5231201. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                        Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                        I opened an Axis bank ASAP account(Account number: [protected]) on 5th September. I was not able to login to the internet banking, unable to use the online debit card as well. I had raised a ticket with Axis bank support on 8th September morning with ticket number 44664246. I was informed that within 2 working days my account would be active. Now, I get a message from Axis bank that the amount of Rs. 6500 has been deducted from my account for account closure. Axis bank have taken my money and and closed my account without my permission.

                        I spoke to the Axis bank customer care and they told me that my Aadhaar details did not match. Now my questions are:

                        1. While opening the ASAP account, I entered my Aadhar number. I got an OTP, I provided that OTP due to which the authentication was successful. On successful authentication, I could see my photo, my address and my name which was sourced from UIDAI database. Everything was correct. How was my details incorrect when I could see my details on successful authentication?

                        2. I have used the same Aadhar number in all my bank accounts (HDFC, Kotak, ICICI, SBI) along with all my credit cards(American Express, Kotak, HDFC, Standard Chartered). My credit score is above 850+ so I have no idea what verification was done from your end. I can see this as a clear case of cheating.

                        Axis customer support is saying I will get the amount as a DD in my address, now if my details are incorrect(as per Axis bank), how are they going to send the DD?

                        Kindly look into this and help here. I have checked on Facebook and many people have complained the same thing regarding Axis bank.

                        My sb account deducted rs 15500 through upi but amt not credited in beneficiary. Kindly resolve this issue. Reverse my amt and credit my account as soon as possible

                            I have axis bank fastag account and i opened my account with aadhar card and my account shows kyc as ok but credit status became credit freeze. Unable to top-up any cash from August.
                            Contacted fastag toll free, they said i have to update kyc again and they told me to send all cars rc book, aadhar and pan (Which i submitted while buying fastag) to [etc.[protected]@axisbank.com], scanned all documents and mailed to them. They told me to visit axis bank branch to update kyc and axis bank employees are clueless about this procedure. They ask me to contact customer care again.

                            Last one year I swa branch no have parking I park my bike other bank sbi and bank of badroda after walk 500mtr come in branch every time .                               I got sms on my mobile with details of bluedart tracking number from
                              Axis bank on 7th sept 2018 morning. I was at home total day on 7th and 8th. Courier did not come to our building on 7th or 8th. When i checked for tracking, it shows that premises closed on both days.
                              When we were at home 24 hours on 7th and 8th, how bluedart can declare "premises closed".
                              Please take immediate action otherwise, courier will be returned sender.
                              This is not first time. Same was happened when i recieved previous debit card. At that time i talked to bluedart local office, they delivered it on 5th day.
                              Now i do not know what will happen to my new debit card.

                              I request axis bank to change bluedart soon, otherwise bank will get bad reputation.
                              Please note that my account is nri account.

                                I have been charged 3500 + inr for a balance of 30000 each month after paying more than the minimum amount due before due date. The charges consist of 1500 of debit interest, 1500 + credit and gst twice each month.. I don't understand why so much has been charged and when customer care dept doesn't have any clue. Axis has the most laid back customer service and unprofessional team to cater to its individual customer. I need the pay to waive of[censored]necessart charges and fees and provide professional customer service as a value for money. Sadiq khan [protected]

                                  I opened education loan account with Axis bank few month back.At the time of opening account, bank agent took 3/4 copies of ECS mandate and 3 signed undated checks. Loan disbursement happened and I was expecting first EMI to go from my account.First EMI was deposited using check and I thought I am all set.Second EMI did not go through and I contacted manger that processed my loan- no response.They had not set ECS mandate.I hurriedly called their call center and they told me to make NEFT payment.I did that...few days after, I got SMS that my ECS mandate was rejected..then I called up call center
                                  again and asked them if I can continue making payments using ECS since I don't have time to visit their branch and my loan amount is very small.They said yes.Every month, I pay my EMI on 2/3rd of month and my loan EMI due date is 7th.Every month I get SMS that my ECS mandate failed and I get calls from collection agents on 9th or 10th asking if I have made payment..This is stupidest way of "personal" banking where customers are left with guesswork and systems are so rigid in this digital world.

                                    Sir mene kuch sips karwayi thi axis bank me uske baad unhone ne mujhe debit date nhi btayi aur mere account 10000 rupaye bt debit hone the 12000 isliye bank ne mere 600 rupaye kaat aur mene complaint kari to staff waalo ne aaj tk kuch nhi aur meri ab sips bhi bnd nhi kr rhe h mera brach yamuna vihar delhi 110094 me h aur waha ke manager ke behavior sahi nhi h
