Under the unfair terms in consumer contracts regulations 1999 charges must reflect administration costs and cannot be punitive.     To the concerned,

    My name is mary and my customer id is 83*848. Holding an account with axis bank for the past 7 years

    This is with regards to an issue that am dealing with axis bank for the past 3 months.

    I had placed a request for an "edge rewards debit card" in the month of july. I got a confirmation message the same day and the amount of rs. 550 was debited from my account.

    I got an information that the professional courier people through whom the card has been dispatched had not been able to reach out, immediately i tried calling them out to ask the issue, however they told me that they will send the courier person again to me. However, after waiting for a day, i did not get any call or any message, and then i called up the courier, they did not answer my call.

    Later on august 8th i got a message stating that the card has been returned to the home branch, mylapore, chennai.

    I called up the customer service immediately to re-dispatch the card as i currently reside in coimbatore and the customer service gave a false promise stating that the card will be re-dispatched to my address and asked me to wait for 10 days. I waited for 10 days and when called up the customer service as i did not receive the card, they told me that the card has been re-dispatched and that i will have to wait for another week.

    However i did not receive the card, when i called up last week, the customer service rep told me that she will send in a request to home branch in mylapore and will ask for re-dispatch details and that i will receive the card,

    Still now i did not receive the card and when called up today, the customer service is providing me the old status that the card has been delivered to home branch and they cannot help and by now the card would have reached the "destroy team" and i will have to apply for a newcard and have to pay again.

    An unconcerned answer to a customer who holds the account for more than 7 years. I am trying to call my home branch, however, till now no one has attended my call. I

    Please let me know what should i do??

      I have been receiving notifications about the consolidated charges put up on my savings bank account ([protected]) form the very beginning when i had my account opened in the axis bank and they were minimal and seemed genuine to me but from the last 1 or 2 months (from 11th of Aug) i have seen a significant amount of increase in the so called "consolidated charges". Not only that i have been charged with almost 750 rupees in the last 1 month, i also don't have any detail about the charges other than it says consolidated charges and i don't use any other services of this bank other than online payments. I need full details of the charges (750 INR) that have been placed on me or i need a waiver on them and if neither is done i need to know the steps to close the account in the axis bank.

      It's the 11th day and still no sign of axis bank, they simply don't care just want to take money with no reason and ignore the users .

        Hi my name is bhawna sodhi

        I have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1330 rupees from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

        Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. I am waiting more then 45mins but nobody answered from the customer service centre.

        During account opening they dont tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service.. I really feel that its better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in privatd bank like axis bank.
        It’s a worst bank seriously,

        And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 1330.
        I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

        Return it back instantly

        First you people deducted 202 rupees then after 2 min you deducted 1127 rupees, what the hell is this..??? Kya tumhara baap dalta hai paisa humare account me ya faltu ka paisa samjha hua hai jo har mahine 500-1000 rup kat lete ho.
        In month of august you also deduct 500 rup from my account.

        I just want to refund my money back in my account instantly.
        And if you don’t refund then i will close my account, and i have 5 more accounts in axis bank i will close that accounts also and it’s a priority account.

        This is keep you inform that i m Ashish Pandey have a saving account with you Axis bank and my account got debited with 7210on 1, Dec, 18 and on same date they have charge me also for car loan bouncing charges of rs590 even I told them That Amt which was suppose to get debited from my account as loan amount was already withdrawn by any fraud guy so plz do not put any bouncing charges to me so on that day axis bank staff told me yes sir we understood your problem and will not charge anything from your account but after depositing amoun in my bank account the debited the whole Amt of 590rs As fraud transaction down from my account which I came to know after enquiry I did from Axis bank customer care and now till today 13/01/19 their is no revert from bank side and when I cal on Custmore care number they put my call on hold more than 50-60min and axis branch staff are abusing and harassing me and always ready to fight so this is my humble request to please reverse my account 7210 and other bouncing charges of 590rs charges in my concerned account as i am a faithful and a loyal customer to Axis bank.

        Most pathetic bank of all the time Axis bank guys when you cal on consumer care number they put you on hold for 2 hrs and sometimes more than that and the only bank which doesn't have toll feee number ...requesting PM to cancel the lisence of this bank and that will be really helping you people's in India
        Custmore care executives are very immature, abusive and agrumentative and unprofessional attitude, guys seriously never open bank account with axis bank otherwise you guys will trouble a lot

          I want to draw you attention about that i am a customer o[censored]r bank. I have a saving a/c no. [protected] in ur bank. On 14/8/2018 ur bank charged (450+81) unnecessary to me. When i go to our branch for this charges they tell us that bank charge for ur more than 5 cash transactions. But i don't about this type of charges because ur bank representative not tell us about this type of charges at the time of opening account they only tell us that plz open a account it's my target. So i heartly request to u plz refund my money in my account.

            From last several months axis bank is deduction so much money from my account by saying consolidated charges, tax charges, account maintenance charges, nearly they deduction 500 per month from my account as i am maintaining my minimum balance from last 3 to 4 months and they give me credit card y telling me yearly charges will be only 750 rs with tax and they are charging me 750 + taxes.
            Axis bank is literally looting me and too many innocent people this should stop somewhere. When i was opening account in axis bank they told me that there will be only charges if you don't maintain your balance

Highly swaha... Am debit my amount 8 pm charges is applicable 9 pm ur service is fast like not a this type ur give for other service..                       My complain is related to tranjections. But my cmplain is not solved and your cmplain officers are not talking properly and no any details, no updation about my cmplain.                         Hi,

                        On 8-sep-2018, one my colleague received an abusive call from a person name "sandeep sharma" and he was asking for me. He didn't mention any details about him and abused her on the call.

                        When i called him on the number which my colleague gave me on 8-sep-2018, then he started abusing me on the call and mentioned that he is the manager in axis bank collections department janak puri new delhi branch. He was highly abusive, he threatened me that he will spoil my life and he will call at my workplace and also to my relatives to spoil my life and image. He said that he will make my life hell. When, i told him that this call is being recorded, he said he is not afraid of anyone and i can take any action. I am feeling very unsafe, because my security has been compromised by axis bank. His name is sandeep sharma and he is calling from phone number +91-[protected] and +91-[protected].

                        I tried discussing about the credit card settlement procedure during the conversation and how this matter can be closed as i have dues for about 80-90 thousand rupees with axis bank and i am ready to make payment from next month onwards. I told him that i could not make any payment in last 1.5 year because i was job less for more than a year. Instead, of providing any guidance, he started abusing more and he said that he knows how to handle people like me. The kind of language he was using on the call was unacceptable. I requested him to be polite or if i can speak to his senior or someone else who is more professional so that i can discuss about the settlement, but he did not listen to my request.

                        Moreover, he mentioned on the call, that he called me earlier with a fake identity as a courier boy and asked for my address and as i denied to share my address to courier boy, so he got upset with me. It was really fishing/spam that a courier boy is asking my address and that’s why i didn’t share any details and disconnected the call. He never mentioned at that time as well that he was from axis bank, otherwise i would have shared the details with him. He has a perception that i am running away from the bank, however i am running away from fishing/spam calls and not from bank.

                        As i was not able to get any proper response from him on the settlement and due to his abusive, unprofessional and threatening behavior, i logged a complaint on women helpline 1090 on the same day 8-sep-2018 as i was very much scared with his behavior, abusive language and threatens. Complaint number is 2018/c/249914.

                        For next few days, i didn't receive any call from axis bank representatives.

                        Today (14-sep-2018), sandeep sharma called me again and said that he is going to send me the credit card statement and wanted me to verify my email id which is already in the bank records. When i said that why do you want me to verify my email id as i believe it’s already there in bank records, he said see what i do with you now and he disconnected the call. He said that i have so much attitude and he is going to spoil my life completely.

                        Just after few mins, he made abusive calls at my office reception, to many of my office colleagues and abused everyone badly. He spoiled my image in the office. No one has rights to interfere with my privacy and my office has nothing to do with credit card payment. This is unacceptable. He has harassed and threatened me to the core and he wants to spoil my life. He said that he is not afraid of anyone and i can go and complain anywhere about him.

                        After that i asked my mom to call him and sort out the matter as i was very disturbed, then he abused my mom and used unprofessional and vulgar language. He said that he will make me sleep with multiple men and what not. This torture is unbearable and unacceptable. My life is in danger and i need help asap. He told my mom that he will spoil my life and he will come to my office and create a scene over there on monday. I am really worried with this man and his intentions. I am not able to understand that is this the way bank trains the collection agents and this is how they are supposed to talk to a customer moreover a girl who is anyways ready to make the payment.

                        After listening to his threatens, abusive language and unprofessional behavior, i have registered another complaint in bisrakh thana, greater noida west today and the complaint number is 403.

                        I am feeling very unsafe and my life security has been compromised by axis bank. I have also called axis bank customer service and spoke to kranti in customer care team and logged a complaint 44822635.

                        If anything happens to me because of your representative sandeep sharma and then axis bank is responsible for it. Please take an action against this.

                        My credit card number ends with 5930 and i don't have the complete card number as the card was lost a long ago.

                          My account no. [protected]. I am using this account for more than 10 years and this is my salary account. My account has been credit locked. I am not able to credit my account. Why this account got credit lock without in forming me. The account has my contact address, mobile number and you charging me for all the banking services. But why you locked my account without my knowledge. This is bad customer experience. Unlock this credit freeze asap.

                            I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 6726. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                            Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                              I have a Salary account in Axis Bank,
                              I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I get notification by Message.
                              When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, Is not in Customer Care, and Give me Another Toll- Free Number . When I tried[protected] this number he replied me and told me . this is not a demat account Customer care number . There was no Demat account Customer care, so you will go to direct Your Nearest branch and contact by mail.

                                download transaction statement incomplete.

                                After log in to Net Banking in axis bank website, whenever I am trying to get a transaction statement for a particular period of time paid to a particular payee, either in excel or pdf I find it is incomplete.Only few lines are coming but no details of transaction is showing.

                                Moreover I find no option to download consolidated detailed statement for a particular period of time....

                                I have account in axis bank, Bhiwadi (Alwar, Rajasthan-India) branch. i have not made any transaction but today (13.09.2018) Rs. 4647/- deducted from my saving account number-[protected].
                                i have contact to axis bank customer care they asked this amount is deducted against my credit card despute transaction which is under discussion with credit card team and payble party phonepe (FX mart) failed transaction of electricity bill payment through credit card via PhonePe app. i have raised this complaint to consumer forum also which is under discussion.
                                My home loan EMI is due on next week which may affect due to this amount deduction without any information.

                                    I have opened bank account in 2013, it was youth account as i was minor, in mangalore karnataka.

                                    I had only used once or twice, because i had received atm card without pin, so i tried contacting mangalore branch and they said we've send to some post office it's on the way, but nothing received, and my efforts went in vain, after trying to contact for axis bank for atm pin nothing received. And i stopped trying to get pin and forgot this stupid account,

                                    After 3 years in 2016 dec, i was checking my old email i see an axis statement it shows me lien amount is on hold, i tried to visit branch they said they cant release it because you didn't use it since long time.

                                    So i told them i wanted to open nri account please close this youth account, they said either you need to pay this lien amount or wait some time it will close your account automatically. I felt this is craziest thing bank people advise for nri's to open an account.

                                    I suggest please close this account and transfer it to nri, and release lien amount
