Axis Bank — agriculture loan

This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

We have to take fresh agricultural loan from other bank than axis bank. When they checked online they have found that the rupees 47, 000 is due from axis bank towards us. As mentioned earlier we have already received noc from axis bank but due to not updating their online record we are facing this issue since last three years. Now a days there is aadhaar seeding with all other banks but in the past there was no such system. We have also approached to bank but they are denying to do this. We have received notice from court regarding to pay the amount 47, 000 but this amt we have already paid. The bank is directly insulting us via sending notice. As mentioned earlier we have noc and we received notice both snapshots attached here.

We are requesting you kindly look into this matter to resolve the problem at the earliest. Otherwise we are ready to file criminal proceedings against axis bank. Awaiting positive response.
