[Resolved]  Axis Bank — amazon refund not yet received

My name is barsha prusty. My amazon refund has not yet reflected in my card. My order no. Is #[protected]. I was supposed to get my refund by 18th of september 2019.

Request you to look into matter at the earliest.
I am not sure why has this happened. It's been more than a week now. Please arrange to help me get refund at the earliest.

I am surprised Axis bank deducted₹ 7500 from my savings account in a month as consolidation charges and GST without information pl. note that only ₹2 10 was shown debit in my savings account. Pl. Do needful action to deposit deducted amount as consolidation charges and GST which is loot from you from my savings account 551010100048578, debit was not shown by you in my savings account previously. Today suddenly I received the message that Rs.588 had debit from my account without out my involvement. I just want to know why this thing happened. This is not first time, it happen with me third time.
