Axis Bank — amount debited from account | |||||
Hi yesterday i was enrolling course online in udemy app but that transaction got cancelled and amount is deducted from my axis bank account and that amount is not yet deposited into my account and this is the not the first time few months back while recharging mobile also some amount is deducted even though recharge is not done. I have paid Rs 415 on 27/1/2018, 11 AM in [protected]@axisbank during train ticket booking. Fund has been transferred to [protected]@axisbank but no ticket was booked. Pls refund the amount. at the earliest. Pls respond to [protected]@gmail.com. I can be contacted at [protected].

It is submitted that my debit card [protected] not working for online payment. Please unblock my debit card for online payment as soon as possible for resolve the matter.
