I am holding an Axis Bank salary account for the last couple of years(appx 9 years), I noticed a deduction of Rs. 345 from my Axis saving account, after which I called customer care there is no response, I have not received any notification or approved, as I have never subscribed any service till date . I would also would want to bring to your notice that I am not aware of any service and hence, confidently claim that I have never subscribed for the service even by mistake .
