[Resolved] Axis Bank — amount deducted from account but not credited in paytm | |||
I had added amount of rs. 2229 in paytm and it was declined by the bank due to server problem. The amount was not credited to my paytm account and it was deducted from my bank account. I called paytm customer care and they said me to contact axis bank customer care. I called axis bank customer care and they were unable to help me with the same. I am attaching the screenshots in here so that the axis bank representatives are reminded about this issue. I need the amount asap as i've to pay someone on an urgent basis.
