[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Amount deducted from my Credit Card without my confirmation.

Dear Team,

I have been using AXIS Bank credit card since last 5 years or more. There was a transaction took place on August 13th 2020 and I have confirmed the transaction. But on September 13th 2020 the same transaction took place and I did not received any IVR call as the previous transaction. Now bank is saying for any international transaction there is no OTP or IVR shared to the customer. There is a fraud transaction took place and Bank is saying for any international transaction they do not share any OTP or IVR calls. The amount is 2343. I am concerned if the amount was more and the bank will not take any responsibility. No calls or messages to confirm if this is done by me or not. Now when complaining bank is harrassing me and not helping me to get the issue resolved. Instead they are closing complaints with my issue getting resolved.
