I have been usingy salary account for transactions of small amounts but suddenly one day it is showing -1119.27 as negative balance

    I have requested many times to axis bank for refund of double dabit on telegoun toll plaza pune, i have paid cash Rs. 270 on telegaon toll plaza due to less amount in fast tag wallet but in next toll 203 got deducted from fasttag which should not deducted becuase i have paid for whole route 90 km.

      Iam unable to book my cheque book as iam having lien on my account. I deposited lien amount on 3 days back itself and my lien was not cleared.

      I have an emergency of my cheque book

      The same number of [protected] is in account.

      Want solution no proper response from bank staff

        I cannot use unparliamentary language here. If I had to use you will feel to commit suicide. I have got so much frustrated. If you cannot do proper service just close. I have been associated with Axis Bank from 2012. The only reason why I still associated with you is the support that branch people.

            Iv been using axis bank long time
            But now recently there was minus balance showing in my account and i couldnt find any transactions in my statement.and this is second time axis bank is doing with customers and it was not a small amount

              I ordered an axis fastag in the beginning of the month and have not yet received it, though the money has been deducted from my account. A wallet has been created but the physical tag is still missing, nor have i got a communication regarding its status. Whats the point of having a wallet, if i dont have my physical tag.

              Even the same thing happened with me. These people are useless. You might have spent Rs 200, just feel that you gave it to b****r. In my view b****rs are better.

                I am writing this complaint regarding excess amount rs.10650/- deducted from my axis bank account without any intimation or permission,

                Already there are no jobs businesses are closed due to covid and here banks are stoling money from people,

                I am really disappointed from this incident as a priority customer,

                Axis bank located in ulhasnagar branch in thane district maharashtra state, no one is helping for this incident they are just lieing that they will resolve the issue,

                Even i met with branch manager no positive response from branch,

                Kindly look into this matter,

                This is like fraud is going on now,

                  Hi,

                  I write to express my displeasure against an axis bank employee. Her name is debanjana and the branch concerned is the chinsurah branch. I maintain a savings account with this branch. She tricked me and raised an application for a credit card on my behalf. Whereas, all the time, she continued to tell me that she's actually cancelling out the credit card offer that's in my name.

                  I trusted her until one fine day, i received a statement from axis bank with charges for joining the credit card. The statement was dated sep 15, 2020 and it carried a charge of inr 590. This was ridiculous because i received a charge for a credit card that i did not ask for and did not even receive.

                  When i called debanjana back about this, she refused to accept the issue. Rather, she turned abusive and told me if i wanted i could just close my account with the bank. I have decided to close my savings account with the axis bank chinsurah account, following this conversation with her. However, i would request some strong action to be taken against her, because this is not the type of treatment one would expect from a bank employee.

                      What is the hell you are deducting this cnsolidated charge from my account in this pandemic. What you people are thing, i do not job at this moment and you are showing so much disloyalty.

                      I want my money back orelse i wont pay any single peny in next i am telling you

                      If you deduct this useless deduction, seriously i will block the card. You should not pressurize and should not deduct money from our account without intimating me.

                        I am rishab ware having account with axis bank my account is in lien because credit card dues not paid on time due pandemic covid i got a call day before to pay minimum due i agreed but when i tried to pay suddenly account balance is showing in lien this is very pathetic kind of service which has been happened without informing or reminding the customer i am always trying to reach customer helpline no agents are ready to process all are requesting to contact branch and when i visited branch they said to contact helpline no as if now system is down what kind of service is this shameful can't help people in resolving simple things just to remove lien and debit whatever minimum due and refund whatever remains the same also i have written letter to the branch still no action why this is so need to action on priority

                          Hello axis bank,

                          Who gave you rights to lock my amount from my savings account? If i am savings amount in axis bank doesn't mean that you have any rights to take action on my money. With out any notice or intimation, my amount was locked as lien. I am not a slave for axis bank to gave call you mutiple times, roaming around to axis bank. You dont have any rights to touch my money with out my permission. Until and untill i agree. Its very shame-full on doing such kind of frauds with valuable customers. I am calling many times and no one is responding. Raised many disputes and closing by commenting on their own with out knowing me.

                          If you are not releasing my money at the earliest, i am going to post your fraud actions on all forums and proceeding by raising complaint to rbi obsudum.

                          I am not leaving you at all if you are not releasing my amount.

                            Facing issue with axis bank, bank is deducting amount like

                            1. Pos decline 59rs, i didn’t done any transaction and complaint in bank, then still no update.
                            2. Secondly again today i got message your a/c *04 is debited by rs. 118 on 24sep20. Avbl bal: rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call for dispute.

                            Not getting support from bank.

                              Respected sir/ madam i have saving account at axis bank and also one credit card lone. Because of pendamic time i can't pay emi therefore they deduct my 16000 amount as lien balance and saying pay minimum balance amount than they will give my 16000 but now this time i am not in situation to pay there minimum amount balance and they also aded intrest on intrest which can be levied by supreme court on 28th september but they didn't wait they cut my all amount now what should i do i can't understand please help me please.

                                  My name is viveksingh chauhan, i have been charged for payment bounce charges of ₹1112.59. I have been charged this amount without pending a single paisa in my last bill.

                                  I had converted some amount (55k) in emi for 6 months and for that i had a discussion with the executive of axis bank customer care in detail about the remaining amount payment.

                                  I have activated auto debit functionality in my all cards, but she doesn't ask me to stop auto debit function.

                                  And they charged me payment bounce charges and ask me to pay the charges.

                                  I am using axis bank cards since 2013 and i never face such problem even auto debit functionality is enabled since day one in my credit cards.

                                    deducted 2400 rs as lien amount without intimation

                                    Yesterday 2400 rs was deducted as lien amount from my axis savings account with out any intimation. I went to bank and requested to release 2400 rs as we all facing financial issues during this covid pandemic. I am axis bank customer since 10 yrs and with out my permission and confirmation sending credit cards with card as opened seals. Gave complaint by directly going to bank as i dont want any credit card and the seal was opened. Axis bank...

                                      lien on my savings account on behalf of credit card outstanding

                                      Since last one week i am continuously calling your customer care numbers to remove lien amount from savings account.

                                      My credit card outstanding amount of rs.37097/- was not paid only for last month due on[protected] and after just 10 days you have put lien on my savings account.

                                      Savings account is in minus now and credit card account is not credited with deducted lien amount of rs.37097/-.
