[Resolved] Axis Bank — amount went to lien amount | |||
Hi axis bank, My account number is [protected] The amount of rs.997 has been debited but in my statement no such transaction i can see. I went too nearest branch of noida they are saying that the debit card charges has been debited from my account which is rs.472 then i ask why the amount of rs.997 is debited but they have no answer and simply saying that please go to your home branch and raise a complaint. But my home branch is in hanamkonda very far away from here. The i sent my brother to my home branch then a person is telling some cash transaction charges is occured of rs.150 but the amount which is debited is rs.997 then they are saying that the system is not updated the deducted amount in your account. When i am seeing in my netbanking it went to lien amount. But i don't have any credit card either a loan pendings. The amount is debited and no transaction is shown in my statement. How can they do for me and i should roam here and there for theirs issue as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
