As per Axis Bank (Dalhousie Branch, Kolkata) information, my cheque book has been delivered to me by Maruti Air Courier, Consign No.[protected] on 13.12.2019. But, till date I had not yet received the said cheque book.The bank informed me that someone had taken the said cheque book. Since I have not received the same, please take necessary action so that I can receive the same.

    I have applied and paid the necessary amount for fastag on 22nd December on the Axis bank site. I received a confirmation message saying I will receive my fastag within 7 days. But there is no sign of it up until now.
    The toll free number given on the page has been tried several times, but it runs nonstop advertisements about credit card and various schemes, with no one answering the call.
    In this period I had to travel twice outside city and wait in long queues.
    Please help!

      I booked my axis bank fastag on 2-dec-2019 and not delivered yet. I registered a complaint for the same with email id etc. [protected]@axisbank.com and no response yet. I tried to reach one of the number provided and no use. I cannot book another fastag as i already recharged the axis bank fastag. Running tollgate without a fastag now worried and need immediate fix on this.

        I paid and applied online for fastags on axis bank site for my two cars on 18th and 23rd december 2019. The bank committed to deliver the tags within one week. But, till date i have not received them. There is no way of checking the status either. The 1-800 phone no. Is a joke. After a long wait listening to their promo messages the line goes dead. Every time. There is no specific option on the axis bank site to register fastag complaints.

          I did a UPI txn using Paytm app from HDFC bank to Axis bank of amount 42000 on 31/12/2019, Txn is success. But amount is still not credited on Axis bank account. I am trying to reach Axis bank customer support since last 24 hours, but no success so far.

          My UPI RRN is :[protected]

          Its been more than 20 hours, still money is not credited to axis bank account.

          Seriously such a pathetic system, Shame on your whole Management and Technical team

            I had a salary account in axis bank which was converted to savings account since the salary was not being credited for a long time. I tried to transfer some amount in this account through NEFT.
            This amount was returned back. Reason stated was credit freeze and I need to visit the branch for that. Since the balance in the account was less than 10000, they started deducting 500Rs. every month.
            Now, when I contacted the branch to resume my account credit facility, I came to know that the balance in my account is -5800Rs. Since, the account is 9 years old, I do not want to close it but operate it normally. But they say that as soon as you deposit the amount, it will deduct the negative balance first.
            As per RBI guidelines, no bank can create a negative balance in a savings account, then how can Axis bank violate their guidelines. Refer link https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/economy/finance/no-negative-balances-i...
            Further, I tried to deposit money in my account 4-5 times and everytime it was returned, what is my fault in this matter. I request Axis bank to waive of the negative balance so that I can continue using the services of my savings account.

              Hi, i have applied for fastag on 14dec2019. However it is not delivered till date. I have already raised a complaint here. I got the reply to contact 24*7 care and when i contacted them, they asked me to mail to [protected]@axis.com. When i mail them there is no reply. Even till date fastag is not dispensed from axis. They have to dispense, then it will take some time to deliver. Response from axis is zero percent.

                Hello! I have applied and paid for the fastag on axis bank website on 22nd December. I received a reference no and also a toll free no and a message saying I will receive my fastag in 7 days. But it has not arrived. And in calling on toll free number there is no response except advertisements for how to spend on credit card.
                Please help.

                  Hi,.
                  My name is raina. I am using the axis bank credit card for last 5 yrs. I haven't faced any issue till last month. My total bill was due of 43263 from which i have paid 33264 as a payment and remaining ant was adjusted by merchant credit. This thing i have confirmed with cc executive as well. They were fine with it and informed you will not get any charge. But on 13 of december i have charged for late fees of 700+gst. Talked with cc executive.in starting 2-3 talks thy said its their mistake, we will wave off this charge and given a reference number[protected] on 23 december. Which is not yet resolved. Now they r saying we will not reverse the charge it's valid. N they blocked my card as well. Request you to reverse my charges. So that i will pay the amt due of next month which is approx 81000. If i will get the resolution i will pay the amt. Or else i have to think

                    I get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag on 18th of november but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or you have balance also but the machine always shows blacklisted when I cross the toll plaza. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days.

                    Today, I made a call to 1033 and [protected] I got a worst response from there and also got cruel time and fought on toll plaza because of Axis Fastag.

                    So don't buy axis fastag go with others like Paytm, NH, ...

                      I am chartered accountants and i am having account with axis bank shopping centre, kota since 10 years.
                      Now a days my account's e transactions are suspended due to kyc problem
                      I have provided pan, aadhar and firm name proof as provided by institute but bank is asking for gst number /shop act licence etc as a proof of trade name which are not applicable in my case.

                        I have a priorty account with axis bank nerul west branch. I had some query regarding the account & edge reward points. I approached customer service executive deepak sharma for the same. We had to contact the customer care for the same. When i interrupted him for a query, he spoke to me in a extreme rude manner. Is this the way to speak to customers?
                        Actually, the whole staff at nerul west branch is rude, unfriendly & uncooperative to customers.

                          I applied, paid for fastag if axis bank. Got customer and wallet also. I recharged also. I still didn't get fastag and it is more than one and half month now. Call centre number just goes to some advts. Email complaint another waste. They even replied on this forum that they regret and same replies everywhere. Is axis bank is doing any fraud keeping this fastag as a business? I am now seriously thinking to approach legally as i don't see any other alternative.

                            The bank is irresponsible and careless about the customer..
                            I have cancelled my edc machine which is linked to my account, they told me to give a letter for cancellation.. I have submitted the letter 2 times as they are not taking any responsibility, due to not cancelling my edc machine the amount is getting deducted from last 3 monts unnecessarily.., i complained them about this but also they are not taking any responsibility about this isuue. Plz look after this

                              I have applied for axis bank fasttag. My car number is ka01mg5341. My online account is activated, still card is not delivered. Very bad customer service. When tried connect customer care, its always playing advertising song. What the hell axis bank is doing with customer. Anyone looking into these issues. Bluedart showing no records with car number.

                                  I am the credit card holder of axis bank, my register contact number is [protected], i am not happy with the call center team.

                                  Reason for sending email is i have called multiple number of time before making the card payment but you team has dropped my call.

                                  As per last conversation i was informed to make the card payment of 11500 because my credit card due amount was 74353rs.

                                  There was a credit from various vendor total amount informed by call center was 45938/- payment done 18000/- payment pending was 10415/-

                                  I paid 11500/- then how come you guys have charged me debit interest on my current statement, when i call your call center they always disconnect my cal.

                                  How i will now what should i pay when you guys have commitment to one amount i have done the same.

                                  Help to get the clarity before i make the payment for the current statement, i need a clarity and reversal of the debit interest levied on the card.
