[Resolved] Axis Bank — Atm id delbn004 cash not withdraw and debit from my account axis bank

Dear sir / madam,

I am account holder of axis bank and myself rajender kumar yadav and my account number is [protected].

I have withdrawn 1900 amount for kotak mahindra bank k. G marg connaught place new delhi, atm id is delbn004 from axis atm card on 15-nov-16 at 19:41 hrs.
But cash was not withdrawing and debit from my account ([protected]) 1900 amount. Reference number 26245433. Still i have not received debit amount.

Dear Sir / Madam, Unsuccessful transaction happened on 15-Nov-16 and I have received this amount from AXIS bank (after 10 days) on 25-Nov-16. It's so late as my friend also happening same case with me and same ATM. But his bank is refund amount on next day only. Kindly look into matter and raise penalty to bank as bank refund amount after 10 days...
