[Resolved] Axis Bank — atm transaction failure and amount got debited | |||
Hi team, I am prashant acc no[protected] with indusind bank today i used your atm which is located in vandana enclave khora colony which atm id is :- dpcn136220 for withdrawal of amount of 5000 which got debited but not dispence by atm machine. As instructed and confirmed by axis customer care I have instructed to preclosing my personal loan against credit card .after preclosing they deducted 3% of overdue charges.from my account . Still we are confused to followup with axis customer care guidelines nor any Open visibility details for loans in axis against credit card instant loan ?

My account was closed without my consent . I had rs 500 in that . I consulted the customer care . They said they will send dd . Till now i didnt receive any dd from them . Its been a year
