Axis Bank — automatic changing of my family a/cs mobile number and email ids without my request | |||
I have my nre a/c in your jabalpur branch & and following a/cs also for my family:- Shashi kala rai (Wife) Krishna rai (Son) Meenaxi rai (Daughter in law) Vineeta rai (Daughter) Madhu rai (Daughter) For all a/c the registered mobile no & email id was same but since 3 x months it is changed while i had not requested for it. On contact with axis bank, i was given assurance that it will be corrected within a week but nearly a month is passed it is not yet corrected I wanted to know, "why n who has done this?" it is required to be restored immediately so that i could get alerts and mails as earlier because other member are not educated enough to manage thus being the head of the family, it is me who one who is operating all these a/cs.
