On 5th febr 2019, my roommate visited the axis bank atm situated in shakarpur delhi near-choudhary dairy terminal id-dpcn268504 for withdrawl of cash through atm. Around 8:32:49, i have requested for rs 500 cash from the atm, but the atm doesn't dispenses the cash and the money got debited from my account... Additional details:- A/c no-[protected] Debit card no:-6070*8855 Mo no.-[protected] Alongwith the complaint, i have also attached the transaction screenshot. May 15, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 09, 2019 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we request the account holder to liaise up with the account holding bank from where the money has been debited for further assistance.
