Team, i have recently opened axis asap account online. Yestrday i got a message stating '
Your a/c 506945 is debited by rs. 1000 on 21may19. Avbl bal: rs. 0. Info: account closure proceeds to dd acct. Call [protected] for dispute'

Axis is a reputed bank in india. Services are also good. For this incident i am totally disappointed. Need resolution in this
How it is possible. I want justice.

Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we tried reaching you today, however, unable to connect as the number was not reachable. We wish to inform you that your Axis ASAP account is closed. The decision has been taken on grounds of Bank's internal policies and operating procedure. Also, request you to visit the Branch to collect the DD. Sorry for the trouble.
