I am writing the issue related to the Sacm running by Axis Bank in the name of CIBIL masking charge and want to complain for this.
I had axis Bank credit long back, due to financial crisis I defaulted of outstanding amount Rs 92167/- and same has been reported by Axis Bank to CIBIl as wilful default.
Subsequently I paid entire outstanding amount by Rs 92167/-on date 26/06/2021 at Cust id[protected] after confirmation form Customer support that I will get NOC and CIBIL will be normal.
I enquired last year 21/ 12/ 2022, case I'd[protected]. They told I have to pay cibil masking charge of Rs 9215/- After your CIBIL will be normal and NOC will be issued.
Now I enquired to Nodal office email id to pay same amount case I'd. . Suddenly amount changed to Rs 13824.21/- as CIBIL masking charges.
I am really very disappointed and fellling harrassed becoz I am also a Banker with 9 year of glory experience in Corporate lending with Reputed Bank.
I really want to understand below points.
1) Is the CIBIL MASKING CHARGE is ment to all the bank or Autonomous to Axis Bank only.
2) Will this Masking charge increase exponentially over the period of time and more than Outstanding paid. Eg in 2022 Rs 9215/- and in 2023 Rs 13824/-.
3) This is never explained once paying Outstanding due.
4) If any Charges is there is there then what is the TAT for Reporting at Credit Bureaus records as Normal CIBIL.
5) TAT for fresh No Dues Certificate and NOC.
6) Detailed terms and Conditions of CIBIL MASKING CHARGE.
Over all Case has become Football after Paying Outstanding amount. Very pathetic experience.
