[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank credit card department | |||
I have cleared my axis bank credit card dues on 6th january 2018, i was told that i will be receiving the credit card dues clearance certificate after 15 days through my registered email id sandy. [protected]@gmail.com. But when i followed up with them for the dues clearance certificate mr. Subhas das from the axis bank credit card department in kolkata behaved rudely with me instead of sending me the clearance certificate. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have 1 credit card with axisbank chennai region.I already paid my all dues as per settlement letter i received .I talked with them after my payment.So they told they will send all clearance papers with in 15 days .But i didn't received upto yet and i received a call from their office regarding outstanding amount.So i am irritating and i need to resolve and close my card immediately
