[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Bank deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

Hi The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same. The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. A deduction of rs 1792 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well. Same here.
My due date is today & I paid Rs.4798 dues on morning 8:37AM, Amount deducted then but not reflected in Axis App and At. 3:27PM I have A new msg of deduction of RS. 4798 from my account in BRN card payment.
Please Help me & Give my Amount Refunded As soon as possible
