why credit mantri get the information from whom....

I got a my zone credit card which the axis bank staff said dis not charge anything annually and I also didn't use the card even once, still they took rs 2855.89 from my account.I want to report this fraud.such reputed company behaving like a thief.I want back my wrongly deducted amount back ASAP ....

As Per The RBI Rule Bank Individually Can't Turn Negative Balance From Saving Account...

On 24th Nov 2021, I had done for Rs. 374 for DTH Tata Sky recharge.via Axis Bank App. The same mode of payment has been used for years and has never given me any problem, except for this one.

I just got a BRN-Card-Payment notification. A charge of ₹8915/- has been deducted from my debit card account which is linked to my axis credit card. The payment due date is for today i.
