From my account total debited unauthorized transation of rs 8558 . it was mentioned as ecom/pur/Google ads90 .. Dear axis bank if you cant even protect customers money, why should you called as bank .. I raised many complaints regarding this, till now there is no single response from banks side . the amount is debited with out even getting an otp confirmation . when I searched some forum the same thing happened with the axis bank customers . I will attach my screen shot .

      Axis Bank deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

      Hi

      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

      A deduction of rs 1792 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without...

      Amount was deducted but payment failed

      Hi AXIS Team,

      I had tried to make a payment of 30035 to enps using my axis debit card. The amount got deducted but the transaction failed .PFA the receipt from enps and the statement for my savings account attached. Please reverse the

      I took Personal Loan from yes bank as their ROI is low than Axis Bank. But as my salary account in Axis bank, my instalment is deducted from Axis bank. So, Axis Bank charge Rs. 25 per instalment from my account. Also give justification that you take loan from Axis than we will not deducted Rs. 25. This is unacceptable, no bank takes this type of charges. Only Axis bank do this. Also, by this they are forcing us to take loan from their bank. But this is our right to freedom that we can take loan from any bank which gives us lowest ROI. this is our Right. Bank should pay them from our account. This is their service duty. They are not giving bank money those are our saving money.
      I want to complaint against this dictatorship of Axis Bank.

        There team,
        I am priyanka, I am working axis bank and I was on maternity leaves my leaves has been completed on 29th September 21, I have informed my supervisor on 27th September 21 that I am applying for sabatical leaves as my baby is prematured and I need to take care for him through official email than I went to branch for applying leaves my supervisor told me he will do the entry once he get free I don’t need to stay there I can go home so I came to home and after sometime I got one warning mail from hr regarding unauthorized leaves I called my supervisor and tell him about email and he was also in cc on that email, he told me don’t need to worry he will update in system than I relief but after some days I got again mail from hr regarding same unauthorized leaves, I called him again and he assisted me that he will do necessary entry that day only, sudenly I got mail from hr that I have been terminated from job due to unauthorized leaves and I called to hr he said they can’t do anything now bcoZ system has terminated me, but I don’t understand one thing I have already informed to hr and supervisor about sarbatical leaves through emails and call and my supervisor did not bother to entry I system after my so many reminders so how can company terminate me from my job ever I don’t have any ill response behavior time to time I did inform hr and supervisor still they haven’t done anything it’s not my fault I need clearification for this and they have to resume me back on my duty

          I am getting many unsolicited marketing calls from AXIS bank for credit card/ personal loan. My mobile number is registered in DND registry, still alls keep coming. Even to my earlier office number ( land line), such calls are coming and disturbing the staff over there.
          Will this stop, if I cancel my account with AXIS bank? I am ready to cancel the account, if this horrible calls can stop.
          I request people, to be careful about, opening account with AXIS bank, as it will be like inviting unstoppable marketing calls to your moble/ landline.

              I order a product from amazon on 10 June and the order was cancelled and the amazon issued a refund to me on 18 October which was expecting to be reflected in my bank account on 23 October 2021 but still i was not received the refund . I have the refund reference number which was given to me amazon when they initiated the refund. I attached the photo of amazon confirmation mail along with the reference number.

                  My name is Manoj Singh Rawat and I am sending this mail for this. I had a Mail by your bank.
                  I had received a mail from your bank in which Rs 300 has been levied for debit card services charges.

                  Please let me know that no account was opened by me in your bank.

                  I am sharing with you some things.

                  While joining a company, the company fed our account. On the second day I said that person on the phone that I have not joined the company. Please close my account. At that time your Axis Bank candidate had said that, this is a current account, it will be closed automatically. But this account has not been closed by you. And now you have given money in deduction around 300 rupees. Which happened because of your mistake.
                  I august to you please close this account.
                  I am resident o[censored]ttarakhand and I cannot come to Delhi to close this account. And it is not impossible for me to come in this time of COVID.
                  I have also sent mail to your corporate team but I haven’t got any response yet.
                  I have also sent this mail to your CEO.
                  If no action is taken by you on this then I will have to make a complaint to RBI.
                  Because one cannot suffer in compensation for the mistake of another.

                    Unable to login to net banking

                    My father is unable to log in using the user id and password which he has been using for the past 2-3 years.

                    The error messages are different everytime
                    1. Invalid details entered
                    2. User not active etc

                    When we try to enable user id it says
                    1. KYC not done
                    2. User already active

                    When we try to change the password it says
                    1. Entered details doesn't match the KYC...

                    Hello Axis Bank Support team,

                    I had requested Axis Bank-Habsiguda branch to close my salaried account around 2 years back.

                    Today, I received a call from their call center and found there was a debit of Rs. 600 in Jan. 2020 and the account is still operational despite not using the account and requesting the closure of my account more than 2 years back.

                    I request Axis Bank authorities to immediately close my account.

                      1. I have an saving bank account in Axis bank Dalhousie road branch in Pathankot. As the services were satisfactory I had opened accounts for my wife and daughter as well.

                      2. I alongwith my friend planned a family trip to Dubai (UAE) from 14 dec to 21Dec2021 for which Forex card was needed and on my enquiry about the same in the branch, I was assured of the flawless service and hassle free topping up either by self through axis bank app or by just giving a message or a call to the bank( The manager or dealing staff).

                      3. On 18 Dec 21, I wanted to top up my forex card but wasn't able to do it, so made a request to the bank. (Please See screenshots attached ). Am sorry to state that the response was very tardy n shabby to say the least. Just imagine the state of a person in a foreign country with no money and people on the other side who were making all praises of forex card and giving assurances of prompt help were least helpful and bothered. Last message "wait sir" was recieved from the manager on 20Feb2021 at 2:45pm (UAE local time) and thereafter nothing heard at all.

                      4. Distressed I dropped a message to to my relationship manager (RM) from ICICIBANK as I am also holding an account in this bank. Much against my inner conscious I went in for Forex card from Axis bank based on assurances by the staff that turned out to be false. Within a no time, I recieved a call from ICICIBANK RM who helped me activate my icicibank debit n credit card as a result of which I was able to meet my expenses there. I transferred money from axis account to icicibank for that.

                      5. In view of the above I have now decided to close all my family accounts beginning with transfer of funds as no amount of explanation etc is going to undo the mental agony and torture one had to go through, more because o[censored]nresponsive and "couldn't careless" attitude of the bank. Otherwise to my mind, this is a fit case for taking the bank to banking ombudsman/consumer court for deficiency in service, deliberately perpetrated by negative attitude and ineptitude of the staff.
                      6. Nonetheless, will wait for the reply.

                        I have tried several times to log into my internet banking and also asked help from the Axis bank branch in burdwan where i hold the account. Till date i have not been given any assistance. This happened after the omni upgrade.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have been attempting to close my saving bank account with Axis because i'm in urgent need of funds.
                          But Axis bank branch of Dwarka sector 5, New Delhi have delayed the process and are not providing me the full and final amount of Rs 44494.29.
                          The ordeal started on 10 Dec 2021 when i visited this branch and pursued them to close my account. Initially the contact person asked me to visit again as the systems were down. Upon much insistence the person agreed to take my request in a form. The person Ms kritika phone [protected] advised that after 4 work days the account will be closed and Demand draft of the closed amount will be sent to me at my address Upon calling that person i was again and again told that it will take more time to close the account and refund the amount.
                          I have since then approached the Axis bank nodal officer but the response has only been partial. They have told me that account is closed but have field to provide me the DD of Rs 44494.29 until now.
                          Even after Multiple emails and calls to Axis bank customer services i have not received the Demand draft of the full and final amount.
                          I have opened multiple tickets with Axis bank customer services over the course of last 3 weeks but they have not provided me the full and final closure mount.
                          There are three Ticket references are .[protected], 71028723 and 71023304 .
                          i'm attaching here the counterfoil of submitted account closure form and the emails received from Axis bank.
                          Kindly help to get my full and final amount

                            I want to change my personal loan emi date from 5th to 10th of every month. Since our salary falls on 8th of every month. My loan account no PPR[protected].                               So I received a call today 27/12/2021 at 17:42 PM from a person named Shiv Kumar number [protected] asking me information about person named Patel I said I do not know him he gave me his address and said he has given my number as relative/friend on his credit card application and now his payment is overdue. I was shocked that my number was used like this hence I asked more information he had no information of mine just the number I said I do not know much about it. and suddenly he started yelling - kaun paisa bharega and etc I was quite polite since beginning and asked him to verify details but he did not stop and started threatening me . Then I told him I am an adult I know the process if you have so much information about that man why you are not going to police even I can file complaint seating at home. To which He replied uska sath de rhe ho, usse baat karao and etc. He was non stop and yelling whole time. Then I said enough I am trying to resolve because my number is misused and still ready to cooperate. I was at office and he was asking unnecessary things like go to his place and give me the money or there will be big issue. I was surprised at that tone of threatening and said I know bank process Give me your team leader number he said few things and disconnected.

                                Stop ECS mandate

                                I have given a form to stop ecs mandate on 2nd December 2021 at Noida Extension branch but unfortunately branch didn't take any action even I made many visits to the branch they said it will stop, its on processing, etc. It's almost month over still no use in visiting the bank. Also cheque return charges of Rs. 1300/- each has been debited from my account every month for that also they didn't provide any clarification. I think it's better...

                                i am giving EMI and late payment charge every month there is no due s but your agency giving my number of dialer which start the call from 7 am to 7 pm 10 to 15 time in between agency executive do misbehave with me even abuse my time even also if my wife pick up the than also use abuse that the reason my wife has gone in depression and start the tablet of BP and headache

                                After making payment before 2 days also calling again and again
                                Bank wants to pressurising for Suicide the customer that the reason loaners go for Suicide that was the last way to free from such type of depression by bank
