[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank deductions | |
Axis Bank, I opened my account with you with a trust in your bank services, which have disappointed me to a level that now I'm frustrated to shut down my account. At the time of account opening procedure, I was told by your executive that there are no unncessary charges and need not worry about it. I got this text a few days back, 'Deduction of 354rs. 'Consolidated Charges' '. And today I again get another text - 'Deduction of 33rs. 'Tip/scg.visa.pos.dt' ' Can you please explain what the hell is going on? I'm a student. I don't even earn right now that I can recover the unnecessary charges I'm being charged with. This is complete fraudulent activity, which wasn't expected from a bank with such a big marketing campaigning activities and a big name. I want a refund of all of this money.
