[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank fastag not received till date

This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag. I had applied for fast tag on 02/12/2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id. I had got a call from axis bank department regarding free credit card and everything was done finally when I received my card they gave me paid one and I cancelled the card and got a request token from axis bank but still not cancelled and they are charging fine on me I will definitely file case on them and report to the reserve Bank of India.
