Axis Bank — AXIS Bank Google Pay issue | |
I am Sankar Kuppuswamy, . Issue: On 12th Dec 2, through GPay we made a payment to [protected] to JK Snacks .. Rs .. 4805.. We received the UPI confirmation - UPI/[protected]/aavin milk dec/94440618. and transaction completed on 14 Dec 20. However, when checked with JK Snacks the amount is not deposited to their bank account attached to this number [protected] GPAY account XXXXXXX0477 TMBL and not with AXIS Bank. Response from ICICI Bank Dear Mr. Sankar, Greetings from ICICI Bank. Hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. Your transaction of Rs 4805 was successfully credited to the beneficiary JKSnacks account XXXXXXXXXXX2063 on 12/12/2020 11:22:52 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank. Name : JKSnacks, Account No : XXXXXXXXXXX2063, IFSC Code : UTIB0000000, VPA : [protected]@okbizaxis When I checked with JK SNACKS owner Mr. Jayakumar, again confirming they do not have an account with AXIS Bank. Also, given Axis Bank IFSC code is not a valid one. Can you please validate and let me know.
