[protected]) has collected photocopies of my pan card, aadhar card and axis bank account form duly filled by me on 11th aug 2017 for opening of salary account on behalf of our company. B) i have also informed him that earlier i was having salary account of previous employer in axis bank, prabhadevi branch. Then he told that he will try to find out customer id & ac no. & get the account opended. C) since then he did not reverted me about opening of account & neither for any query almost for 25 days. D) yesterday i got to know from my company that my account is still not opened in axis bank. E) today same was discussed with you, as it has been noticed wastage of time of our company’s officials following up for account opening with axis bank. F) rohit rai has failed to open my bank account in the span of 25 days, which has created trouble for me and our hr staff for depositing my salary in bank. G) recommended to terminate services of rohit rai from the axis bank and requested to help me opening my account immediately. H) i called you on your cell no. [protected] but no revert from your end.
