[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis bank not crediting my account the refund which they got from snapdeal.com. | |||||
I am Axis bank priority account holder bearing account number: [protected].Axis bank not crediting my refund of 17799 in my account. Snapdeal.com refunded me 17799 rupees on 20th April 2017 and shared with me the refund reference number: IHMP[protected] but still there is no response from Axis bank. When i contact axis bank to give me update or info about this transaction number they said that we cannot give any details because this is third party transaction number.I don't understand what Axis is telling, If i will make any transaction then i get electronically generated transaction reference number so bank has all information about it.So why Axis bank is denying to give information and holding my hard earned money. I also submitted Card holder dispute form but there is not any reply from there end 10 days passed. I request Axis bank to credit my refund which snapdeal has sent to me. May 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Axis bank resolved my issue but took lot of time.Anyways thanks to this Online complaint forum. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
