I'm Axis bank account holder -In May 2022 -received email on update my KYC-i went online -which shared passport/visa/address proof that's passport -which was submitted but it was rejected 3 times in June-On visited the branch -was informed add one more document but they dint do -it said I have to do it online-on adding it -it was still rejected but on talking to customer service was notified they have raised the complaint. Now last 10 days my account was frozen-on calling the customer service -informed update kyc-on submitted online, send email with documents to branch head and operation head -no reply and also send a WhatsApp message still no reply - and rejected again today. On calling the consumer care -informed someone will communicate via email -it's been 5 days and Axis bank is holding my money in my account -which I need to do some work
If they find some document missing, they should notify or comment, but it's just rejected -i mean i m the account holder, passport and visa is document -I have used to travel outside and accepted by Indian and foreign government -I don't know why basic document is not accepted
I believe -banks are holding my money for their selfish purpose -to show in their system how much money they have.
