I m vishal nutanchandra Bagade. From satara (Maharashtra)ph.[protected]. I taken axis bank car loan in 2015 for 7 years. Due to personal reasons I can’t pay my car loan & I settle it . I settle my car loan in 2018 that time total outstanding of my car loan was 310000/- & I pail 280000/- . Now I’m facing cibil issues. Now I m ready to pay cibil masking amount . In may or june i receive a call from axis bank credit card team they offer me a flipkart credit card and i agreed and they initiated the card, after few days later I received the MPIN to my current address then few days later receive a call that we are near to your permanent address please receive the credit card I told the courier person that I have receive the MPIN to my current address I can receive the card to my current address also they did not agreed after 5 min conversation I told him please keep your card, and after 1 month later I got a statement that my statement has been generated I need to pay 499+ taxes for the joining fee, so I was upset that did not receive the card but they are asking me to pay for that, but after that also I tried to pay the bill unable to pay anything through the app there was no option, so next month again receive statement that need to pay 900 something this time I got tensed and tried tp pay the amount again unable to pay after one month again receive statement and this time e the amount is 1400 inr contacted the chat team, and escalated the case to social media after that also sharing all details they are unable to help me with the payments, they told me to visit the nearest branch visited they care unable to find my card details and the amount is keep on increasing, and it is impacting my cibil score, please help me they are fraud they are taking high intrest and not helping me at all to pay my dues, after I visited the nearest branch they are selling me another rizon card insted o helping me

    I am account holder of Axis bank. I am always paying my card dues on time. But yesterday I found deduction of Rs 2098 from my account. I was surprised. Then i searched last few month transaction and found one more deduction on 03.09.2022 of Rs 2098. I called bank representative for same and they told that it may be card charges. I do not have record past last 180 days.
    There may be more similar deductions.
    So I want immediate refund if they have made it also the clarification for the same.
    If there is any additional card charges they must inform us in advance and after getting the approval they should deduct.
    It is completely not fair.

      I am a NRE account holder in axis bank. Initially in June I received email and contacted by axis bank representative to update the KYC. I had provided all the documents through email.
      Then in September last I received again reminder email from axis to submit the KYC, again i have given all required documents to them through email on September 30 th. From 1 st October they have blocked my account today is 8th October still i am not able to transfer the fund.
      Because of this i had face lot of humiliation i had to give fund to my family for their monthly expenses as i am the only earning person in the family.

      I need justice. I want heavy penalty to be put on axis for delaying process and not responding properly.

        Dear axis bank, u have charged excessive and UNFAIR fee of 6616/- + GST 18% as consolidated charges with no prior information or any kind of information while depositing my hard earned money. this is completely unfair on ur part. I have been a loyal customer since many years having my home loan, salary account and credit card in AXIS BANK.

        being a privileged customer you have attached a CRM who is the worst of all who doesnt know what CUSTOMER wants and what issue hes facing with. check ur sources THE WORST EVER CRM i have ever seen who has no knowledge. I can see how bad axis is stooping down by recruiting such persons who cant take care of good n loyal customers. if this issue is not resolved I will close ALL MY ACCOUNTS in AXIS BANK. immediately refund back the unfair charges you levied upon me for saving my hard earned money.

          Rs 1770 debited from my axis bank account due to demat account.. But i never apply for this... Or any kind of information to give me by bank or agent... I call many time to the excuative.. Bt he not responced... I also submit written request in bank also but nothing happen now i want to refund my money back otherwise i will be closed my account... I can't tolerate this type of cheating...1770 is not small amount for me

            This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on September 2nd, 2022 of Rs. 43000 via Googlepay.

            I have made a merchant payment on October 1st, 2022 via UPI from my CITI BANK ACCOUNT and money is not deposited into merchant's account.

              This type of reliving letters are incomplete in nature and must be rectified.

                I visited bank after 10 months to close the existing savings bank account due to high rate of Bank charges but they rufused to do that. Although I asked to take 1 months bank charges. But they are no agree.

Had discussions with concern Sales manager he was also unaware about same and not giving solutions and ignoring the same by saying we haven’t applied and I don’t remember.                     Suddenly I saw a message on my phone that some money is debited from my account even though I haven't done or approved any transactions.

                    I want this money to be refunded and no such unauthorised debits to happen in future. This is creating a thought of not trusting Axis Bank for my savings because I won't have seen this message my money would keep on debiting without my approvals.

                        I got approved for the Flipkart axis Bank credit card ... My net salary is 41000 per month .. i informed the same .. when i got a call from customer care representative they told me the approved me for 2 times my net salary but now thy have give the credit limit only half of the limit .. earlier i informed them if i m getting a credit card i don't want a less limit ... Now without my knowledge the approved n charging annual fee n joining fee ... N moreover i m calling customer care for closing the account but no proper response...                           i have moved my axis bank cc to legal and my advocate is taking care of that case. I have sent intitmation mail and preferred contact location to nodal officers of axis bank, chennai region with the advice of advocate.

                          But, local collection agents, spoke not understand these concepts, even kodambakkam cc branch peoples not ready to understand or accept the legal thing.

                          Do whether they knew about legal or not? or axis bank not under control or rbi?

                          a lady told name jayashree[protected] from axis cc called my wife and shhotuted very badly like pawn broker.

                          They are calling from multiple numbers and torturing that too after 1700 hours.

                          Why dont axis bank peoples not understand the legal thing.

                            This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and I lost my job as well, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                My new credit card was supposed to be delivered on 18th sept and when I track courier from bluedart it shows it returned back to the bank. Blue dart cannot deliver this item. When I contact bank they said courier is already dispatched and it will be delivered with in 10 days.
