I ordered 2 products which were Asics shoes on 27th September 2022 and 28th September 2022 respectively which were for the price of ₹ 3899 each. But due to wrong size I returned the order on 4th and 5th October 2022. And after that Amazon initiated the refund when the products reached the sellers and was supposed to be credited to my bank account by 10th October 2022. But I have yet not received the refund amount of both the products to my bank account.

    Please waive off the foreclosure charges on car loan account as I already paid 18 emi. Still 5% foreclosure is levid.

    At the time of agreement it was told that after 12 months of emi no foreclosure charges will be applicable.

        I am Account holder since more than 15 years. Bank has suddenly blocked my account without any official information from 3rd Oct 22 on account of KYC updation. My KYC was already updated in July 22. They even blocked the payment of their own Credit Card which was due on 5th Oct. After my personal visit to the branch they could not do anything
        They suggest ed to make payment through another bank. In this process payment got delayed by 2-3 days. Now I found that they have charged @ Rs4000/- rs fine and interest on my credit card payment which was @ Rs.7000/- This is totally illogical and like a robbery. You have blocked my account, you have blocked credit card payment and you are charging 50 % fine and interest for 2- 3 days delay.

            My financial situation is very tough that is why my Axis bank credit card ending with 9486 is due from last 2 month which is already discussed with Axis bank but still I am paying some money every month but still Axis bank shared my contact details with Recovery Agent Mr Alok Kumar (As e told to me) having mobile no [protected] harassing my Family member several times in same day and now they start to calling Office staff. I am requesting him to pay partial amount but he is forcing me to pay full payment of 72K anyhow and same forcing to my father to pay 72K immediate on behalf of me. I am really fed up of my life. I am declaring hereby if i quit my life there will only only Axis bank and this recovery agent will be responsible...

              I'm Axis bank account holder -In May 2022 -received email on update my KYC-i went online -which shared passport/visa/address proof that's passport -which was submitted but it was rejected 3 times in June-On visited the branch -was informed add one more document but they dint do -it said I have to do it online-on adding it -it was still rejected but on talking to customer service was notified they have raised the complaint.                   while depositing money through ATM i have selected the DEBIT card option and amount will debit my account RS1775 i have completed the branch manager next day they told me we will deposit ur money with 3 to 4 days he will not credit the amount since 2 months i m daily visiting branch please suggest me what i can do

                    In may or june i receive a call from axis bank credit card team they offer me a flipkart credit card and i agreed and they initiated the card, after few days later I received the MPIN to my current address then few days later receive a call that we are near to your permanent address please receive the credit card I told the courier person that I have receive the MPIN to my current address I can receive the card to my current address also they did not agreed after 5 min conversation I told him please keep your card, and after 1 month later I got a statement that my statement has been generated I need to pay 499+ taxes for the joining fee, so I was upset that did not receive the card but they are asking me to pay for that, but after that also I tried to pay the bill unable to pay anything through the app there was no option, so next month again receive statement that need to pay 900 something this time I got tensed and tried tp pay the amount again unable to pay after one month again receive statement and this time e the amount is 1400 inr contacted the chat team, and escalated the case to social media after that also sharing all details they are unable to help me with the payments, they told me to visit the nearest branch visited they care unable to find my card details and the amount is keep on increasing, and it is impacting my cibil score, please help me they are fraud they are taking high intrest and not helping me at all to pay my dues, after I visited the nearest branch they are selling me another rizon card insted o helping me

                      I am account holder of Axis bank. I am always paying my card dues on time. But yesterday I found deduction of Rs 2098 from my account. I was surprised. Then i searched last few month transaction and found one more deduction on 03.09.2022 of Rs 2098. I called bank representative for same and they told that it may be card charges. I do not have record past last 180 days.
                      There may be more similar deductions.
                      So I want immediate refund if they have made it also the clarification for the same.
                      If there is any additional card charges they must inform us in advance and after getting the approval they should deduct.
                      It is completely not fair.

                        I am a NRE account holder in axis bank. Initially in June I received email and contacted by axis bank representative to update the KYC. I had provided all the documents through email.
                        Then in September last I received again reminder email from axis to submit the KYC, again i have given all required documents to them through email on September 30 th. From 1 st October they have blocked my account today is 8th October still i am not able to transfer the fund.
                        Because of this i had face lot of humiliation i had to give fund to my family for their monthly expenses as i am the only earning person in the family.

                        I need justice. I want heavy penalty to be put on axis for delaying process and not responding properly.

                          Dear axis bank, u have charged excessive and UNFAIR fee of 6616/- + GST 18% as consolidated charges with no prior information or any kind of information while depositing my hard earned money. this is completely unfair on ur part. I have been a loyal customer since many years having my home loan, salary account and credit card in AXIS BANK.

                          being a privileged customer you have attached a CRM who is the worst of all who doesnt know what CUSTOMER wants and what issue hes facing with. check ur sources THE WORST EVER CRM i have ever seen who has no knowledge. I can see how bad axis is stooping down by recruiting such persons who cant take care of good n loyal customers. if this issue is not resolved I will close ALL MY ACCOUNTS in AXIS BANK. immediately refund back the unfair charges you levied upon me for saving my hard earned money.

                            Rs 1770 debited from my axis bank account due to demat account.. But i never apply for this... Or any kind of information to give me by bank or agent... I call many time to the excuative.. Bt he not responced... I also submit written request in bank also but nothing happen now i want to refund my money back otherwise i will be closed my account... I can't tolerate this type of cheating...1770 is not small amount for me
