[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank unauthorized transaction from credit card

From the contact no. [protected] [protected] introduced as bank executive.

On 14.03.2019, from contact no. [protected] misused my credit card details for rs. 1500, 42000, 8379, 8388, 8399. Total amount is rs 68666.

i got alert on my registered mobile and on registered email id, immediately i called on axis customer care and blocked credit card on immediate bases. Service request no. Is 60134700.

I have sent dispute form, covering letter, 5 transactions details and police complaint in pdf file on 17.03.2020 to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com

I have not done any transaction. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

1770 INR debited from my axis bank account(saving account) without my permission for debit card upgrade. Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.
