Dear team,
I have salary account in your axis bank on last 18 months, last few days back your executive called & explained me regarding pre approved credit card, then i decide to apply final i have applied credit card and submitted all documents, at the same day we received the sms following (Thank you for applying for axis bank credit card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours), but still now no response from bank end already 72 hrs completed, i called customer care they are telling like we have not received any such kind of application, really i don't know about my application, this is 3rd time i am applying credit card in same bank very bad experience in axis, this is last time in future i will never apply in axis credit card.. At the same please find the below online application tracking status screenshot for your reference and sms as I have received on 07.06.2019 ( Congratulations, welcome to Axis Bank Credit Cards! Your Application for Axis Bank Credit Card is approved. The card details will follow shortly.), But I not getting any further update in my credit card, when I call customer care they are telling your application is in process, but myself received approved confirm, what is going on I don't know, please check and revert back..
