Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with your team over the past several months, the situation remains unresolved. I have paid minimum payments as requested by your executives, yet the promised settlement and closure of my account have not occurred. Instead, the balance continues to grow, causing me and my family significant distress, and also badly affecting my CIBIL score as well as disappointing my mental stress.
As previously detailed, your collection agents' behavior has been unacceptable, including personal harassment at my home. This conduct, combined with the lack of resolution from your bank, has been deeply concerning.

Finalize a full and final settlement for my credit card account.
Close my credit card account immediately.
Initiate a refund for the excess payments I have made.
Ensure strict action is taken against the collection agents who have harassed me and my family.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this complaint without any further delay. This is my last attempt/escalation to your bank officials, hereafter that i will escalate to RBI and consumer court for immediate resolutions.
